Wish i could give zero stars! My dad bought a car from this place four months ago!! And he has still yet not received his plates.
But looking at previous reviews this is nothing new to this place!

BEWARE !!!!!!!!!
Purchased a vehicle from this “dealership” April 2nd 2025, we are now about to be August 2025, no plates, no title, and the temporary tag is expired. Have not been able to drive vehicle in over a month. I have called and texted, no response and I’m pretty sure he blocked my number. Called Houston DMV no record of him sending in title change. Complete rip off and on top of it all soon as I drove the vehicle home engine light came on and been having problems with it since. If you have not received your title from them call the Houston DMV for further assistance!!!!!!!

STAY AWAY!!! Umer Farooq sold me a car on October 29 of 2024 and told me I would be receiving my plates and the title in the mail in 5-6 weeks. At the time of writing (January 15 2025) I STILL do not have them after ELEVEN WEEKS! I have called several times to attempt to figure out the hold up, but on the rare occasion I actually get a response, nobody seems able to give me a straight answer. These guys have no interest in providing paying customers with even a shred of customer service. I have never been the type to leave a review like this for any business but I am extremely frustrated at this point and I don’t know what else to do. My temporary tags are expired, I have no title to register the car, and none of the employees seem to care about trying to help. Do not make the same mistake I did!

Update: I FINALLY received my title and plates this month only to find out at Discount Tire that all four tires were the wrong size and were stretched over the wheels causing me to get a flat and eventually to replace all of them. Not sure what kind of place thinks this is ok, but I must say again STAY AWAY
