Good place to purchase Jordan's or almost any other brand. MOST are not cheap. SOME are reasonably priced. Good atmosphere. Friendly staff

I bought some shoes from footlocker.com. Went to this location to return. Jose ( manager?) said that this store would not accept online return due to he could not scan the barcode. And he was not even try to scan; told me to return via mail out. He was rude actually. He told me that if I had time to place an on line order, I should have time to create an account to return. He said it had been going on for awhile for not able to scan the barcode to return
. There are no sign in the store showing of no returns for online items.
It was either footlocker.con gave fault information regarding to return policy/ locations, or this store was
lack of customer service. If it had been going on for awhile due to could not scan the barcode, why not fixing it? I am a busy Mom, no time to deal with bad customer service.

I bought the recently released Air Jordan 3 Black Cements, my pair had defects. I went into the store to return my pair, bumped into this guy at the entrance, I didn’t get his name but he acted like a senior employee or probably the floor manager. He asked if I bought it from this store and said we might not be able to return it if it wasn’t bought from here, without even seeing the shoes. I said, “why? aren’t you footlocker”, guy proceeds and asks me to show him the shoes and instantly said, “oh these are worn and I can’t take them back”. I told him I didn’t wear them because I hadn’t but this guy got aggressive and said “I have 4 pairs and none looks like this”. I said yes, that’s Nike’s QC that’s why I am here to return them and I have not worn them but he said “no these are worn”
I said okay, let’s take a look at your pairs, he pointed at two shoes on the floor and the second pair looked just as mine. I pointed the shoe to him, “see there you go, even your pair is like mine and you’re calling it brand new”.
He acted like he didn’t care and continued to be disrespectful. Didn’t even let me go to the returns and exchange counter.
Obviously I had no will to argue with an unreasonable person acting like a child with a customer so I left.
I was able to return the shoes to another Footlocker store no questions asked because they were brand new and unworn. The other store marked them “sellable” on the return receipt (photo attached) and accepted the return, didn’t even ask me why I was returning them.
If this guy is management then Footlocker needs to train this guy better and also need to teach him to be respectful with customers.
I wish I had gotten his name and a photo to post here. Seemed like he didn’t want to return the shoes because he didn’t even look at them at first and started making up excuses and asking when or where I had bought them from.
The shoes were not worn. I returned them as received because the two pairs had different cuts of leather and didn’t even look similar. One had fine leather, the other had wrinkled and creased leather.
Terrible customer service and experience. I will never purchase from this store again and ensure my family and friends don’t also.

Customer service was super nice, they were friendly and helped me deciding what shoe to get BUT there was NO AC and it was hard to be there more than 10 minutes. I can’t imagine how the poor employees are working there more than hour!

Alberto didn’t know anything about what shoe I was looking for but this light skin gentleman automatically knew and he was very helpful and fast; will definitely come back because of his customer service
