I went here to return an online order and they refused to take it. Even though they suppose to accept returns, they told me I have to ship it.
The online customer service is pretty terrible as well.

my friend and i came in looking for a dress for a wedding anniversary, we were greeted by Jocelyn. super sweet lady! we felt so comfortable. gave us great advice and continued to give us good cuts service. i really recommend this location!

It has been a while since I have shopped at this store and I'm glad I went in. The woman who helped me was very helpful and kind. She offered suggestions for my occasion and actually seemed to care about what I needed the outfit for. Definitely would travel back to this store again.

I visited this store on new years eve '19 and the customer service was so poor I had to post about it. There were maybe 2 -3 other shoppers in the store and not one employee acknowledged me or checked to see if I needed assistance with anything. After about 15 min if looking, I was so annoyed, I left. I took two steps out and turned around to go back in to find a manager to express my concerns and lack of customer service which made my decision not to make a purchase. She was apologetic and I felt it was sincere, but I still wont shop here. This was my first time here. There are other boutiques in the area that are very personable that this company can learn from.

Scented candles do not scent paid a hefty dollar for it. Any candle over $10 should carry a scent. First time burning it never will I purchase a candle from this store!
