George was very helpful and led me in the right direction. I had no idea about any supplements on my new fitness journey and he made me feel confident in what I am now taking. If you come into the store ask for George and he will do the same for you.

These people are a bunch of shysters. They have “BOGO 50% Off” signs all over the store. In addition, those signs say “Mix and Match “. I found the item I came in for and then spent 15-20 looking for another item because 50% is worth it. I get to the register and the shyster behind the counter rings me up full price. So I asked about the promo. She replies “I can do BOGO 20% off” I was confused because every sign in the store says 50% off a second item. Nothing says “BOGO 20%” The shyster says that only applies if you get the same item or the same brand. I was frustrated and didn’t have time to argue so I took my single item and called it good. I had been in a different location (Missouri City) and they rang me up for two items of different brand and variety for the “BOGO 50%” with no reference being made to there being any restrictions on the promo. Will not shop here again.

Save yourself the hassle and go to another location. Made a purchase at the GNC located inside of First Colony mall yesterday, there was a quality issue with the product I purchased so I went back today to make an exchange. Was told by the young employee there that I had to wait for his manager to get there since he didn't know how to. He then proceeds to call the manager only to tell me that they don't do returns/exchanges there that I had to go to a corporate location. When I asked for the address I was told he didn't know it. Had him call his manager to obtain it, was given the address and told it was "right across the street" LIES! It was 15 min away. I called the other location before heading that way and was told they've never heard of such a thing and they should've been able to provide the exchange. I called customer service to confirm and was told the same, they should've provided the exchange. Lazy employees!

The young man helping me was knowledgeable on pre-workout supplements. I am removing 1 star because I suspect that my credit card information was compromised at this store.

If I were you, I rather buy my supplements somewhere else. And don't work here, it's not worth working here for 7-9/hour.

Staff usual has no idea about the product I am asking for yet they always have to tell me they have something better. If you don't know what I use, how could you know. I am aware it is am upselling technic for your own product. Just annoying.

The guy who had an accent that use to work at vitamin world is weird. The last time I visited the mall and I was looking for pre workout since this gnc was so close. Dude told me that I owe him. I don't know what was he saying about it.
