I called to have my prescription delivered yesterday morning and was told that it would be sent out that evening, when I realized that my prescription was never delivered I called them back and was then told that my payment was declined I told her this wasn’t possible because I was on the phone with her when she took the payment and she said nothing. I was then told that she didn’t take my payment immediately and that she had written my card information down to charge at a later time, the person on the phone then found my unprotected card information laying around on a sticky note and repeatedly it back to me thankfully they wrote it down wrong so I told them to put the correct information directly into the system and was told I would get it this morning. At 11 I called again because I still hadn’t received my prescription and was told I wouldn’t be receiving it until possibly 6pm instead of what I was told.

This is for the female working at the pharmacy on Sunday August 11, 2024 at abut 10:15 am. I went to pick up a prescription and she said there was nothing filled, then told me what was transferred was cancelled. I spoke to her about the prescription, issues I’ve had in the past, etc.; i.e., just trying to understand what were my options. It was maybe a 3 minute conversation, and there were ZERO other people waiting. I wasn’t rude, mean, or pushy. She tells me, “as you can see, the pharmacist stepped out, so you can come back in a few minutes to talk to them.” I responded with, “I don’t know who is the pharmacist, so no I didn’t see them step out and I do not know why your comment was necessary.” I then told her I no longer want to continue here and will get my prescription elsewhere. Leave your attitude at home or don’t work in a customer-facing setting.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Ms. Shakerra at H-E-B for her exceptional service! I've been struggling to get my prescription filled as most pharmacies, including my usual one, have been out of stock and the medication is on back order. Worried about missing another week of my medication, I reached out to H-E-B.
Ms. Shakerra sprang into action immediately. She confirmed that another location had my prescription in stock and called to verify if I wanted to fill it at the further location. I eagerly accepted her suggestion. Not only did she take the initiative to find the medication, but she also reached out on my behalf and ensured my prescription was filled without any delays.
Thanks to Ms. Shakerra's amazing and outstanding service, I was able to get my medication in time. I'm incredibly grateful for her swift and proactive assistance. She truly went above and beyond to help me out. Thank you so much, Ms. Shakerra, and thank you, H-E-B, for having such dedicated and caring staff!

I transferred a pet rx for Enalapril Maleate 2.5 MG 180 tabs. HEB with Good RX $44. Kroger with another discount card $17.01. HEB would not verify it for me. Had to send it back to Kroger. I quit coming to HEB for myself several years ago but now my pets too. Shop around folks.

Went in to pick up prescriptions for my cat and after being given a run around, the girl behind the counter told me "We close in 15 minutes...AT 7:30?!?!?!?! And yall close at 8? I'll be doing business elsewhere from now on. Hire folks that don't hate the idea of having to help people

Personal working pharmacy by the name of IKE was extremely rude. I asked to refill one of my prescriptions, and he told me in a smart tone “ you do know this is the Sugarland location, right?” I pick up my medications at different locations depending on my work schedule… so yes I know who I am calling. He asked me when did I want to pick it up and I asked him what time do they open and he told me nine but prescriptions aren’t ready yet by then. So then I asked what’s the earliest it can be ready by and he told me 10. I didn’t see a point in asking me what time I wanted if the time I requested wasn’t workable. And when I asked for his name he hesitated. Very poor attitude, and very short and rude. if you don’t like your job quit. People are too sick for someone to be with a bad attitude. Even worse that I still tried keeping a nice and kind tone but towards the end I gave back the same energy I was given. Hire kinder pharmacists

“TECHNICIAN” RYAN sent me on a loophole of 10 calls because he had no idea what he was talking about in terms of insurance, one conversation with PHARMACIST LUKE and he was able to inform me of what Ryan didn’t know and the correct protocol.Train your people on insurance better.Also Ryan had a very poor, lazy tone and attitude on the phone.

I tried to pick up Thanksgiving sale items for 2 disabled senior citizens. Separate orders, Separate credit cards to pay. Orders going to different houses. They are unable to walk and shop for themselves. Manager Vanessa said she did not care. I could only purchase items for one house. She did not allow me to purchase my second order. Told me she was watching and if I came back in less than 24 hours she would not allow the purchase still. Said she did not care who it was for or what the circumstances are. She said the coupon says I can put ANY restrictions I want, they do not have to be printed. What I say goes and the wording on the coupon doesn't matter. Will NEVER shop here again.

Garage pharmacy. First put on hold for 10 minutes. Then when I go they claimed there no prescription after 10 minutes they found it and made me wait an extra 30 minutes even though my doctor sent it a long time ago
