I love HEB, but I’m tired of paying for spicy guacamole that isn’t spicy. This is the 4th time that I’ve bought spicy gauc and it’s missing the spice.

I am usually a loyal HEB customer! However after shopping there today and attempting to purchase 6 gallons of water only to be told at the cash register by the cashier that due to the storm there was a limit of 2 waters per person! Okay when people are purchasing 24 packs of bottled water how is that equal to a gallon? There was no signage at the water shelf, at the front door or at the register! I mentioned this as I was leaving to the manager and all Enid said was this is our policy! In other words wait till I purchase a cart full of groceries then tell me I can not purchase my water! Instead of telling from the start of my shopping so that I can choose to shop elsewhere! I will likely do a majority of my shopping elsewhere due to the inconsiderate nature of instituting policy with little consideration for customer’s inconvenience.

This place is clean and hoppin'!! Super nice people. Young cashiers but that's what's needed sometimes to keep the lines moving quick haha. The management always looks smart and professional. You can see who they are as they stand out directing things here and there. This place has massive business but you don't really feel it at checkout because they have many cashiers open. I love shopping here. Especially love the health food bins. SO many products (seeds,nuts,spices). And the gas station here is clean and great prices for gas. As you can tell, this is my go to place

I gave them 3 stars because there’s been a decline in how they enforce rules and standards with their customers. My wife walked in to produce with our children and saw someone vaping. I called and spoke with the assistant manager about it as I was not at the store for this trip. People don’t want people smoking or vaping around food products. I hope HEB cracks down on this type of behavior or Ill have to go elsewhere.

I absolutely recommend this place! My boyfriend and I both work full time, I work two jobs and work 7 days a week so needless to say we are two tired people. We both went to get some groceries to make dinner on Sunday the 30th of June 2024 and there was a slight line but is much expected for a Sunday after 6. Luckily for my boyfriend and I, a cashier saw that the lined was building up and opened his line and asked if we would like to unload! Then the manager saw that he needed a bagger and came to start bagging. They both were so kind and helpful! I absolutely recommend anyone do their grocery and amenities shopping here for great customer service!

Today I came across the sweetest girl ever. Im not the type to write down reviews but this girl made my day so special. As I was checking out, I came across a cashier whose name was "Hiba" and boy did she have a smile on her face that can light up the WHOLE world. She ensured that I was cared for in the line and just made me feel like no cashier has ever.H-E-B sugar land is lucky to have such a bright young lady in their facility.

Drove out of my way for a vehicle registration renewal that I needed. Brought all documents with me, the insurance, an I.D. and since I am on paperless, the printed OFFICIAL document from DMV that they themselves validate as being a fully legal document. They refuse to take it, I offer to open it on my email, and they still refused. Wasted my time and my fuel for nothing. Really disappointed.
