HEB me out here for a second. So I was wondering if there was a way to access this without dealing with the madness getting in and out of the HEB parking lot... there's not. And not only that, but it gets busy and you sometimes have a long wait time. However the gas is still cheaper than most, and that's why it gets a neutral rating.
