The staff is friendly and the Manager Karla always resolve my questions, I love it the store because have a bilingual staff and when we need some reparations about our instrument they are have just in time. Thank you everyone.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Service is timely, however, it does get backed up during marching season so expect some delays.
