I will never use Hertz again. I made a reservation for a pick up truck at this location over a month before my vacation. I chose this location because it was open on Sundays. When I arrived to the counter , I was told there wasn’t a truck available and they had no alternative transportation for me. The counter agent spoke with me in a short manner and told me the manager tried to call me yesterday to let me know. I received my reservation reminder text Saturday morning. I checked my phone messages and a voicemail was left at 2:30 pm. Why didn’t they try back? Why didn’t they text? Why didn’t they at least have an alternate vehicle for me?
There was no attempt by the counter agent to assist me with my issue. Not an ounce of empathy was shown. She curtly told me to call an 800 number whereby I was assisted by an AI robot. The robot did not let me through to a live individual.
I was fortunate to locate a nearby competitor which actually caters to the customer. The experience there had some issues with available vehicles. The difference was the manner in which I was treated. This agent made phone calls to other locations and other companies to make sure we could carry out our vacation plans. They’ve got a new loyal customer. Goodbye Hertz.

Put in a reservation 14 days ahead of the date needed. Vehicle was not available when I arrived at the appointed date and time.

Not only did I have to wait with a reservation. The car delivered was dirty and sticky. The car was not clean on the outside at all.

They are the worse. People at the front desk are careless. They rented the car a booked ahead of time to somebody else and did not care. They totally ruined my plans. This is terrible, bad service.
I went to the same place for the second time, and the same fiasco happened. One more time they say they do not have cars

I had a very good experience here, staff was friendly and understanding. At first I was a little hesitant after reading all the other reviews. However, I choose this location anyways because it was close to home. I had a 50 day rental while my car was in the shop for repairs. I picked the Manager EV special at a great rate. Rental car was in good condition. Glad I went here, pick and return was super easy.

The lady sitting in the front is the worst and she always has some excuses to charge you more and has the worst attitude…AVOID THIS LADY

Very bad service from employees, stay away from this location, hertz need to fire all these employees. They would lie on your face about your booking.

Jeremy was the most helpful friendly associate ever ! He was extremely accommodating in a timely and professional manner. Can’t thank him enough. I reserved a vehicle that they didn’t have and he quickly found what I needed and had me on my way . Customer service at its best !!!!

Although the initial rental process was easy, and I appreciate being picked up from my auto shop, their customer service leaves much to be desired. They also still owe me my $50 deposit. Their recording tries to blame your banking institution, even if it's been a week. Good luck getting someone on the phone to talk about it. You will be waiting 20 min or longer.
I can't say I had these problems with Enterprise. Adequate, but terrible customer service.

Terrible experience.
I had a fully paid reservation, but when I arrived, I was rudely told there were no cars available. There was a line of people in the same situation, and the man assisting us was extremely disrespectful to everyone, raising his voice and offering no solutions or proper explanation. Despite having a confirmed booking, I was not given a car. The customer service was absolutely awful. Completely unprofessional and disappointing. I will never use their services again and do not them at all…

The truck booked online was not available onsite. In fact they never carry trucks there. I ended up paying more than double the cost of initial rental.
