The knowledge and care was amazing! He spent quite a bit of time with us to help us find a product for our dogs itching and licking. He compared 2 previously used products and read the labels before recommending. We will definitely be back! I love the return policy as well.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Always get a greeting when I walk through the door. Many great brand products for dogs and cats. Carry all of the Fromm products that my dogs prefer. The only place I shop for my pets.

Love Hollywood Feed Sugar Land! Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of the self-service dog wash. There was only one shampoo choice, no conditioners. The shampoo was really thick and since they only offered little metal cups, it was really hard to dilute to make washing your dog and rinsing their coat easier. There was also only one brush, a pin brush, that doesn't work well on most coat types and there were only two towels in the station (we had two dogs to wash). The blow dryer worked well. However, it was very clean and the employees were very kind! If I went back, I'd just be sure to bring my own pre-diluted shampoo and plan to brush my dogs at home after.

I am sooo very grateful to Stephanie, the Manager, and to Rome, as well as Meagan in Fort Worth for going above and beyond to help me with my situation of delivery issues (UPS), wrong location and then lost in process (Holiday time) and in urgent need for my hypersensive and hyperallergic dog, and only pieces left to feed her. I was so stressed and concerned, and they were all so sweet and kind, as well as took action to get Grandma Mae's food to me asap. True Godsends! Thank you so much for all your kindness and friendly accommodating attitudes. I appreciate y'all so much!! Hershey sends y'all a huge wet nosed kiss!

I had my 3 dogs groomed at this location. All employees I had interaction with were knowledgeable and helpful. Michelle was a rock star groomer! Made me feel comfortable with leaving my 3 boys with her. She did an amazing job. Found my new groomer!!

I had a really terrible experience here. I bias previously visited the store and loved it. I brought my 4.5 month old puppy to pick up something.
There was a large dog in a red sweater that the handler said was excited. I later walked by that dog again with my puppy, and that dog tried to attack my puppy. Despite the fact that the dog was leashed, it was a really scary, jarring experience for both of us.
Clearly, the handler was aware of the dog’s reactivity, and not only chose to take their dangerous dog to a location where there could be other dogs, but also dressed it in a holiday sweater and failed to actually warn me that her dog was excited, but to attack mine.
I just can’t believe this was allowed to happen. I don’t want to go back if those are the kinds of clients the store attracts.
