What a great pet store! Everyone was so friendly and the selection was great for our three dogs. We were bummed when we moved to the area and say the Natural Pawz is closed but Hollywood Feed is honestly better. They have an enormous selection of FROMM which is what we feed our dogs, and so many natural treats, supplies, and even the cutest little jacket and bandannas. They were also doing Christmas portraits! We are excited to have them as our newest neighborhood pet store - especially since they deliver! We aren't too sure how long we'll be living in the area so I hope there are plans for new locations

First time we came here, the employee was very helpful! Just recently decided to order online for delivery. Impressed with their delivery & also price matched a lower price for my dog food. I rather shop here than anywhere else for my pets needs. Thank you Hollywood Feed!

I don't leave reviews often but Hollywood Feed in Sugar Land deserves one. I was only aware of a recent recall on our dog's food because of Hollywood Feed. They provided a comprehensive table to help identify alternatives. I visited the store and got outstanding help: they made several suggestions and took my concerns and my dog's health history into account. They even credited my account for the last bag of recalled-food, which was not at all necessary but very kind. They reminded me that if the food doesn't work for my dog, I can bring it back to try something else. It's clear the team is very concerned about our pets and want to do everything they can to help. I've always appreciated the service I receive (especially the free home delivery!) but this really is above and beyond. So thankful for this team, their concern, and service.

I am grateful for the recommendations by your awesome employee whose name escapes me and my damaged brain right now. She recommended a dog food for our overweight Maggie and it is being eaten and I am pretty sure that Maggie likes it. No signs of it making her sick either. Which is good. Employee also recommended some lowfat dog treats. Both our dogs love them!

This place is fantastic! The free delivery on my dog food purchases are super helpful. The staff is extremely friendly. Their customer service is amazing. There was a dog food recall on my dog food. They took it back no questions and gave the refund over the phone after looking at my store account. There are many cool treats and dog food toppings that I didn’t even know about. Ask the staff for help and they will give you everything they know!!

I went to get a grooming service with Steven , who did an amazing job on my 2 small dogs. One is slightly more shy, but he felt safe with Steven and allowed him to do a full service groom. Both my dogs came out looking and feeling their best.

We have really like this place. They have great dog products and food. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. My wife really likes that we can order our dog feed in line and it’s ready up front or they will bring it out to your car. They also have good sales online when you order your feed online.

My friend and I dropped in looking for treats and we were treated so well by Josh and Jenn. They both had so much helpful information to give us and I was blown away by their top notch customer service! I was also impressed by their product selection as all of their items have clean ingredients. My kitten loved the 100% tuna Cat Sushi that was recommended. I am definitely looking forward to coming back to Hollywood Feed!

I came in here yesterday and was immediately greeted by Josh, Jess and Emily. The most friendly and welcoming people I have meet at the store. I was only coming in to buy dog treats for my dog but I left with so much more knowledge about pet food. I used to work in the veterinary industry and thought I knew about what I was feeding my dog. They had so much knowledge of the pet food industry and about specific foods on the shelves as well. They went above and beyond! This was the best experience I've had here. Thank you guys for making my day!

I recently went to Hollywood Feed after getting my little rescue pup and Emotional Support Animal. I needed help with fitting the right harness and good toys for my dog who had come from a hoarding situation where she was 1 of 45 dogs in a trailer. The manager Pamela was super kind, very knowledgeable and helpful. I truly appreciated not only her help but the great selection of products there. I’ll definitely be back ?

It’s a pet wonderland! Filled with the most incredible people that are eager to help you. Wide range of selections and they have all our favorite brands. Josh and Emily were really awesome helping us with what we needed. And even made my pup feel so welcomed.

I am in love with Hollywood Feed! Pam and her team do an amazing job with the store's upkeep and knowledge of their product! Brittany and Steven are amazing groomers. I love coming to this place with my personal and training dogs for exposure work. Everyone is so nice and welcoming every time I walk in.

I love the friendliness of the employees but also the knowledge and recommendations they do for our Dogs this is the first pet store that I go and they don’t make buy the most expensive dog food they have, they really helpful I would highly recommend this store over the other ones (pet smart petco )
