I love this store and the quality of their clothing. The ladies represent the best example of customer service. Not only in helping to choose the choice of clothing that flatters you but the personal relationship and recognition they give to you each and every time to visit the store. They are always smiling and are just so pleasant!! The very best Ambassadors for J.Jill. Love them all and appreciate them all. Beth goes above and beyond . The others do as well!!

I always enjoy shopping at J. Jill, with the great sale prices and the excellent personal attention! The sales ladies are so helpful and kind on every level, whether it's finding clothes that compliment my personal style or helping me to order something in my size, if it's not in stock. Besides this, I have had no problem when I decided to return something that didn't work out. I love this store!

Very disappointed. My first and last time in J Jill. Came recommended by a friend that shops in River Oaks store. Sugarland/First Colony store was a disappointment. No one offered to help me. Lots of peasant looking tops and drab fall colors. Minimum petites available. Went across the street to Chico's and bought $350 worth of clothes...

This was my first visit to J.Jill. I went with a dear friend of mine who is an avid J.Jill shopper. And Carol made sure I had VIP treatment. Not only did she listen to my preferences and dislikes, but she catered to them. She waited with me to try on my clothes and pulled other items to help me get a better idea of how they would look. She actually helped me broaden my horizons on any type of clothing and what works with my body type. I sincerely appreciated the level of service I was provided at this location.
