I had such a lovely experience at the James Avery in Sugar Land! Shakira was so polite, helpful, and genuinely kind. She took her time to help me and made me feel so welcome. My friend and I stoped by yesterday evening and we were helped by Brenda ! She was such a sweetheart and beyond patient with the both of us. She provided excellent advice and even better customer service!
This is my preferred James Avery location as I am always met by excellent staff!

Such great service!! We drove out of our way for this location because service is always so personal. We were helped by Karen, we also enjoyed visiting with a few other ladies there. We'll be back next month for Easter charm!

I often visit this store location and there is only one person I get help from. Ms Shakira is such a lovely lady and she always greets me with a warm smile. She is so knowledgeable and efficient and knows her charms. I look forward to stopping by to see her! Hope she stays there for a long time!

My friends and I arrived to James Avery Friday as soon as they opened to purchase rings to commemorate our baptism. The Sales Associate immediately greeted and helped me, I unfortunately didn’t get a chance to get her name but she was extremely helpful. She assisted us in figuring out our ring sized and helped us through the ordering and engraving process.
We also got help from Mary Jean who was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful in making sure our order was placed and sent to the correct places.
I’d certainly recommend this location and would return.

Alexis has outstanding customer service. She’s very friendly, courteous, and customer oriented, she definitely deserves a raise. She provided great service from the time I walked in up until I left. It was greatly appreciated. Not saying anyone else didn’t but she definitely was the sunshine of the store! Thank you lol not to mention she was very patient with me and my rings lol.

Mrs. Karen is the sweetest! Usually I don’t receive good costumer service in this store when I shop here most of the times the employees are not kind and aren’t friendly. But Mrs. Karen though she is so caring and kind. I truly appreciate when workers take the time to talk to us shoppers and care for our needs and concerns. She went above and beyond and met all my needs! Mrs. Karen deserves a rise! God Bless!
