Janet was exceptional to work with during the process of searching for and buying a bigger shop space to operate out of. We had a wonderful experience with Mrs. Williams. This was my boyfriend and I first time going through a realtor to get a home and I must say Mrs. Williams crossed her T’s and dotted all of her I’s to make sure that we had the best experience. She made sure that we had all that was needed to get the home that we adored. I would recommend her to anyone who is trying to find their dream home.

Janet assisted me with purchasing my very first home in January. She was very knowledgeable and had so much experience. As a first time home buyer - I could not have found anyone better. She took me in multiple trips around the city and then helped me narrow down my choices and even overextended to make herself available to all of my needs. She returned all my calls, provided me with links, market analysis and provided her own experience for tips in this sellers market. I highly recommend and if yo are in the market as a first time homebuyer or not - she’s the best choice out there.

Janet goes over and beyond to make sure everything that you want in a home is included. She worked tirelessly to find me a home that I loved that I could afford. Whenever I sent her something I saw that I thought I might like, even though it didn't check everything that I had on my list, she immediately got back to me about what she knew about the property and drove across town quickly to show it. She was honest, timely, and very professional.

I had a very professional and somewhat personal experience with realm realty. In the few months it took to sale my home I became discouraged at times but my realtor Janet encouraged me and prayed with me and for me to lift my spirit to carry on. She is a positive person when it comes to her job and she never gives up. She explores every avenue in which to get the job done.
