We had placed an order for in store pickup, mind you this was supposed to be a Christmas gift. When my husband got to the store they told him they couldn’t find the order and that the order had been picked up by someone else all while I was still receiving emails saying my order was ready for pick up and would be held for a couple more days. Then they told him that someone must’ve cleared the order and was “accidentally” sold to another customer. Right as he left the store, after they couldn’t offer an explanation or solution other than a refund, I received an email saying my order was picked up yet we didn’t receive anything.
I have never had a problem at Journeys or ordering online and Ive shopped there for 15+ years but today was a really unpleasant experience that should’ve been handled better by Journeys.

I have small feet, so I fit in “little kid” Chuck’s. I came a hundred miles to go to the “Kidz” store with the bigger selection than my local Journeys (no Kidz) and was very disappointed they offered shoes that weren’t kid-sized. Probably a corporate issue, but I found a pair that were super adorable and like a periwinkle purple but they only came in adult sizes. What?! I thought this was the Kidz store. If I wanted adult sizes, that I can’t wear, I would’ve stayed local and not wasted time thinking I was going to the store for kids. Oh well.

My go to shoe store for my 3 boys ,I have bought them timberlands ,vans and a few other brands .I love when they send me coupon discounts to use online and in store.The staff are very helpful and returning an item is usually a smooth process.Customer care is good.
