Very close to my community and have stock of all Indian groceries. Felt like as if I am in some Indian supermarkets like Nilgris .. you get most Indian masala’s, snacks (North Indian) and also they have a kitchen which provide breakfast, lunch and dinner take away options at nominal price

Fresh vegetables, well stocked Indian spices and groceries available. Good choice of frozen food as well.
Can get most of Pooja sahitya too.

Serving strong masala or ginger tea instead of just plain, tasteless and odorless tea from kitchen would be great.

These and other Indian establishments have no concept of thank you, and have a nice day. It seems the cashiers absolutely hate you there shopping. They need to learn a few basic things from mainstream american businesses.

Nice store but bad customer service. I went there for the first time after moving to this area. The store is clean, well stocked, and well organized. There were 2 cashiers. It was not crowded at all. I went to the empty lane where a middle aged cashier guy was serving. He acted busy and asked me to go to another counter served by a lady. The lady was serving another customer so she politely sent me back to the same middle aged cashier. He did check out this time but didn't seem happy. He appears from Kerala, may be a cultural issue. However he was rude, asked my phone number for billing as if it was mandatory.
Never going back there.

Very rude management. I asked if they carry a product in their store & the way he carelessly said no without even looking at me, felt so embarrassing. Typical for India, but this is USA. I stepped out immediately & will never step back in. I advise the same for you. Take care & God bless

I went to book Ganesh Idol , same idol price is $40 more than Hillcroft Keemat. $109 and here it’s $149. Too much expensive . Even there employees are aware, but management and manger is unavailable. It seems unreliable and irresponsive

Do not buy products that are on sale. I recently bought two packets of dates from Kheemat (Sugarland) that were on sale. The expiry date was March 2025, but both packets developed fungus before I even opened them. I checked the bill to return them, but unfortunately, they only accept returns on sale products within 48 hours, which feels like a trap. They offer no guarantee on sale items and are deceiving customers Never going to this places ever again.

The people in the sugar land branch kitchen are very rude. First train them on how to speak with the customers. The food was not at all fresh. Many frozen items are expired.

It was SO difficult to communicate with the staff at snack counter! Very slow service and we went all the way by reading the reviews and unfortunately it came out wrong… money wasted and the snacks went into trash. Jalebi was stale almost .. Dahi Vada had so much salt in it and chai was like I am drinking something with mirch in it ! Not worth it really ! Not going again ! Plus the store was really Pricey!
