This is worst store ever. I bought something online for my mom’s bday. I went to pick it up they told me to wait ..I waited like 15 mins. Then they tell me they don’t have it. And found me an alternative. They want to charge me again for the new item. My bank had already been charged….they couldn’t even give me a receipt for my transaction. Dumb people working there. Crappy and fake jewelry I rather keep buying real gold lol. Couldn’t even get an apology

I bought my girlfriend a Barbie limited edition necklace. The necklace started to look dirty so she stopped wearing it. When she decided to wear it the necklace and pendant were like brown ish and old looking. Went to the store with receipt and I was told there was nothing they could do. Personally made me very upset because it’s my girlfriend’s favorite jewelry store and I shop there a lot. With there would’ve been something they could’ve helped me with. It was expensive too.

The jewelry is absolutely beautiful here! I want one of everything! lol there are so many designs and options and even customizations! Now all i want for gifts is a little yellow box! 🙂. They made it so easy for me to buy teacher Christmas gift!

November 30th, 2024’s morning associates were horrible. I went in not too long after the Sugar Land store opened and before a salon appointment. I have gone to KS for many years for my bday to pick out something annually. I was there for at least 5 minutes and was never greeted by anyone. I made my way around the whole store - found two rings I would have liked to try in my size, walked to the back to see if I’d get help there. The two ladies who were in that area did see me but walked in the back area off the floor. After such an unpleasant experience, I put those two rings back and left because I do not buy from anywhere that doesn’t showcase care for customers or customer service. This was my first experience like this at KS and will probably will be my last.

Picked up an online order and asked the associate if she could gift wrap the necklace. When I got to the car I took the box out from the bag to fluff the tissue paper since I was gifting it right away. Well, this is how she “gift wrapped” and put the ribbon on. Luckily I looked in the bag otherwise I would have been mortified when the gift was opened.

I was in the store today and bought a bracelet. I was never acknowledged once by the 2 employees there. They never greeted me and ignored me the whole time but helped everyone else in the store. There wasn't a lot of people so there shouldn't be any excuses. I even stood right in front of him ready to ask to buy the bracelet and he just ignored me. There were more people that came into the store after me and they were fully helped. Every single one of them.

First time shopping here! Clerk pushed us off when the item we were looking for was out of stock,!! She started helping someone else right away!!! Guess she gets paid on COMMISSION!!! SHAME SHAME!!!
