Ariel was the most personable technician I have met getting blood work done in my life and a true professional at her job. She made me comfortable with small talk and her great personality! 1 poke and I was out the door. I spent less then 10minutes in the building.

Revised up. One check-in kiosk, 2nd kiosk not working, do not have an attendant. I went early after they opened, so the wait time wasn’t inconvenient.
I had only one type of test so the needle wasn’t large and only one small vile of blood withdrawn; the tech did a comfortable blood withdrawal, i.e., no pain.

Positive experience every time I came to this location the last few years. Most people working there are friendly and professional. The office is usually quite busy. I always make appointments and use mobile check-in; wait time is minimal this way.
