Went here to get some new glasses and took advantage of their sales savings. Very pleasant experience with the options available. After a week and half got the notification that my glasses were ready. Basically at first they didn’t feel right and the original sales associate seems to be in a rush to get my glasses and have me out of the store. After a couple of days went back about issues with my glasses. A different sales associate notified me that the glasses they gave me were not the ones I ordered. Apologize profusely about the mixup and mistake. now I see clearly. Still would recommend to shop here but do be aware of what you buy and check throughly.

So I went to this store once before as I was just looking for something that would suit me as I wanted a new pair or glasses. Rebecca helped me out finding these super cute Ray-Ban glasses that suited me as the ones she was wearing were super cute too. I honestly loved them but didn’t get them. One week later I went back because they were on my mind so much, Rebecca and her coworker Claudia helped me out getting me set up with my prescription and how I wanted my glasses to be! Claudia also was so transparent with me with prices as well Rebecca is just the sweetest! I love these two as they’re amazing and it only took two weeks to get my glasses in which is super fast compared to other places!
Love this place and definitely recommend these two ladies to help you out! 💕

I am usually hesitant to go to a mall for my family's eye care needs. However, I am very happy that we ended up at Lenscrafters at First Colony mall. Good selection of eyeglasses. I am impressed with the Costa brand that I added up buying matching my face and my budget. With that say...Let's move to staff; Great staff, all very respectful proffessionals. They are willing to listen and help. Well... Rebecca!!! Rebecca!!! Rebecca!!! She is a sweetheart... We loved her friendly smiley face....listening my silly dady jokes...and interacting... What a great gain for Lenscrafter to have Rebecca in among their staff.... Thanks Rebecca for her help, sincerity, and taking time with me and my daughter with our eyeglass needs.

I had a wonderful experience. I always get my glasses from Lens Crafters. They are consistently professional, friendly and their service makes you want to come back. The staff and the Manager were equally great to work with. I went to the Sugarland location in First Colony Mall!

I stopped by this a.m. to change out my nose guards on my fav frames. Joy was very helpful & made them look like new. I will continue to shop at lens crafters for my rx frames as I have for the last 10 yrs.
