Outstanding service from Bill, the manager!. He fixed my Polaris and refused any payment. This is despite him having to go to another store to pick up a part for my unit.

Bill expects customers to be pool professionals, encourages you to buy a new product, does not explain properly or discloses required warnings and then says it is your fault you probably didn't do it right ... The instructions are there. Not even willing to assist and then goes on and says more non-sense. $800.00 down the drain and now have to buy it again. Horrible customer service.

Went in with a water sample and Bill talked us through the results. What we especially liked is that he didn’t try to talk us into buying anything. Super knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

The store no longer answers their phone is is often out of stock on products like muriatic acid. Not good

Other than Chris who is fantastic, no one at the store seems to care for customer service. Their service department is just awful. Call center in Philippines provided wrong information for service call. They want 45 trip fee, 120 “service fee” only to tell me what I had already told them was wrong. They want another 165 to install the part. I’m going out of my way to avoid this place. What a shame! It used to be a good spot.

The employee That helped me was very helpful. I work in the pool industry and my normal supplier is closed on Sundays.. The manager at the University location was very knowledgeable. He looked it up and he found the heater at a different store for me, He was super polite, and very friendly . Though Leslie's is not my main store I will always go to them On the weekends. It was very nice to talk to somebody knowledgeable. The store at University of 59 is incredible I highly recommend.

The staff is friendly and the place is well stocked, clean, etc. But the prices...borderline price gouging. Someone should tell them that their store isn't in an airport and people won't pay $17 for one 40 inch hose section. At that price, 25 feet of hose is $130? Or you can get it at Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe's, the internet for $40??? These are convenience store prices...

I gave them one star only because there is no zero. This place and the people running it are really bad. Awful customer service. One of them suggests a process, the next day the other suggests a different process for the same issue. It's just incredibly, extremely frustrating dealing with them. Terrible, terrible service. I'm done with them Not going there anymore.
