The store manager at this location is the reason I'm no longer buying Lululemon. Came in to exchange for a different size along with return a short and due to a strict store policy of nothing after 30 days, can't exchange (due to no stock), no store credit, no nothing.
Receipt as proof and I hope HQ looks up how much I've spent as a customer and teaches the store manager here what LTV and NPS means.

Sucks trying to return something they don’t allow only a week old have a receipt. Still sucks . You guys make sure you have a receipt and tag. When you purchased they don’t mention that needs to attached the tag. It’s their fault. Why the consumer is fault. They are not very nice including the customer number her name is Michelle .

The employees were sooo nice. ☺️I was just looking around and they would ask me if I needed anything and they were so kind. My mom had a few questions because it was our first time shopping at Lululemon. They even helped us buy our items online because the color I wanted wasn’t available at the store. It was amazing and I hope to come again soon!! ?

I always have a good experience at this Lulu. They have great stock and helpful employees. And the sale rack always has some good finds too. I come every time I’m at this shopping center.
