Absolutely rude customer service. Was told someone would come help us and stood around for a longgg time. They all just walked around pretending to help others. The man dressed up like a woman was totally disregarding us. Do not give this place your time. There was another mom and her daughter totally being ignored too. Walk over to Sephora and get something cheaper with the same quality. Oh and nicer people!

I haven't bought Mac in years! Stopped by for some paint Pot. Kat ended up really helping me find some items & was real patient & helpful. I got some go to items a lipstick set that was priced nicely, mascara, concealer & paint pot. They had 15% off that day which was cool to have a deal. The service was amazing though. Def will be back & ask for Kat she was cool as a fan & service was appreciated.

I am writing this review for Mac inside Macys. I loved the customer service when I got there they were helping out a customer but they kept reassuring me that they will be right with me! Once I got help KIM was very kind and patient and answered all my questions! Kim was the only one there at the time and receive two other customers and was able to help all of us since we looked for the same products. Kim was very professional and sweet and took care of me quickly! Amazing customer service!

Waited 30 minutes to make a purchase and not one employee ever showed up. Just an empty Mac store inside of Dillard's. What a waste of time ?

They have great products from what I can see but everytime I get close to them, they make me have the need to walk away. They’re so unwelcoming and customer service is at its 0%They have a “do not touch cosmetic sample sign” which is reasonable due to covid but there is always an employee putting a full face makeup to someone who just ends up buying the smallest thing. When they tell me to wait its more like “Do not touch and wait!” reminder: their is another person who is usually just on their phone or clueless acting busy . How ama I supposed to know if I like a product ?? if i can’t touch anything and must wait 15-25 minutes to just get assistance !!?? DONT EVEN STOP, their is plenty other products next to it who have awesome customer service

I came to mac this morning at the Macy's in first colony and there was a young lady there that seemed like she didn't want to be there. She had an attitude and wearing an all black belly shirt which isn't even appropriate for work. Her whole presentation was terrible because she had no makeup and hair a mess. Usually I can get upbeat Mac sales ladies that look phenomenal but today my experience made me not want to return.

Mac Cosmetics in Dillards - I wish I could give zero star. I went to get a foundation and I told her that I have very sensitive skin so she could suggest me product that was made for sensitive skin. The sales person without asking questions or suggesting me anything straight up told me that I should not be wearing any makeup and that i should not be here. I felt like she didn’t want to help me and felt very insulted. Have never experienced something like this before. Worst customer service ever.

Thank you for helping me. I was trying to find a couple of new shades of colors. Super helpful way better than those employees in Sephora inside JCP who mumbled racist names at me.

MAC used to have great customer service. Not sure what happened. The one associate helping a group of older ladies seemed to be engaged and educating them about their products. However, I went in looking for a new color, but my associate just stood there looking at me Trying on color after color. Did not try to have a conversation with me or tell me about any other products. I wouldn't have even minded them trying to upsell me—just don't stand there and make me feel uncomfortable. MAC should concentrate a bit more on educating the customers that come to the counter so they can make worthwhile purchases and walk away loving their product. I just picked whatever color, purchased it, and walked out. I could've done that at CVS

Unfortunately, I've had more than one horrible counter experience at this Macy's MAC counter. I am a longtime MAC user and tend to wait until the last minute to restock, so when I finally do make it out to buy my makeup I always approach the counter knowing exactly what I want. I can be out of there in less 10 minutes, having spent a few hundred dollars. The two times I actually bought cosmetics at this location, I was left with the impression that these MAC counter reps were doing ME a favor by taking my money and bagging the makeup for which I paid. Anyhow, after my last attempt at replenishing my makeup, this mall MAC has forever lost my sales: I walked in, saw one other customer who was getting her makeup done, and thought, "Great! This should be quick!" Unfortunately not; despite THREE girls "working" behind the counter while the fourth attended to the customer, no one approached me. Instead, they stood clustered together talking and laughing. I waited a good five minutes, checking out a couple of products while pointedly glancing over at the staff. I was annoyed but gave them the benefit of the doubt; maybe they didn't see me. So, finally I walked around the counter to stand by the lipsticks, directly in their eyeline. Two of the girls glanced at me and then ... they resumed their conversation! The third girl remained with her back to me. I just stood there stunned, like ... really?!? I could not believe these girls who appeared young enough to be my daughters, made a collective decision to ignore a paying customer. I may not look like I have money and am usually fresh from yoga class or errands when I drag myself to the mall, so maybe that had something to do with their behavior. After recovering from my shock at their rudeness and audacity and disregard for their employment in a service capacity, I strolled to the other side of the mall and visited Dillards MAC, where I was promptly and enthusiastically greeted and assisted with a smile. If I don't order online, the Dillards MAC will always get my money from here on out!

Very disappointed for this MAC location ! My first time wanted to buy make up and the service is very poor to someone who needs help in picking the right color for your skin tone! The sales was not interested in helping tell me she will give me a mirror and can just play with some color to match my skin !! I felt defeated I start crying cause I just wanted to feel beautiful for the first time in wanted makeup from MAC ! They need more help at Macy's

I have to agree with the previous reviews. Service is absolutely horrible! I went there today on my lunch break and wanted to just buy one thing. Girl said she will be right with me. After waiting for few minutes, I asked her if she can just give me the product, sine I know which number I want. She responded that she has other people ahead of me and I have to wait. I left and will never go back! I understand that other people are ahead, but they're taking the time to pick their colors and discuss different options. Me, I just wanted to grab a foundation and go. Will place my order on line. Very rude service and they have an attitude like they're doing you a favor!
