My wife and I were in Macy’s yesterday In Colony Mall in Sugarland, Texas and we were trying to rush to get to lunch and an employee in the fragrance department asked my wife if she wanted to see a product and I said we’re late we have to go and she told me that she wasn’t talking to me. This lady was very rude So we will never buy a fragrance in the store again.

They don’t have enough staff. Had to wait 20-30 min in line to find an agent. And there was only one customer ahead of me.
All the agents are over worked.
Hope Macy’s improves customer service at this location.

a friend was at this location and was scolded for just touching a bed by on of your representatives.......she was not dirty or homeless or any of that sort ...i thought if you were interested in a bed you could lay in it to see if you like it....this was way out of line and i will be telling friends and relatives to not shop here horrible service and as far as i see it discrimination of race as my friend is hispanic.....shame on you
