My very bad experience in the Sugarland Macys, I will never go to the Sugarland Macys again to buy anything, nor to return. Poor customer service, Unprofessional customer service people, Not knowledgeable. A associate name Charmaine works for customer service she doesn’t know how to talk a customer.We reached Sugarland Macys customer service at 5:25pm to return our items and our items were returned by 6:45pm. We are very disappointed.

This location is really nice and has convenient parking. The cashier was a bit rude and really didn’t have the best customer service skills but that’s okay. I could not find a good assortment of Levi’s SHORT (short length) sized jeans, so did not leave with my intentions of clothing. It’s a nice store though!

I went to Sugarland Macys two days ago to return my boots that I ordered online. We have been standing in the line for 15 minute, after that when it was my turn to return the items, the associate who was there didn't know how to return and she wears hija. A manager Sarvi was standing there. When he saw that the associate was not able to do the return. Manager Sarvi told the associate I am going to take care of the items. After 2 minutes the manager Sarvi told us oh this register isn't working properly the system isn't working so I have to try on another register. Manager Sarvi said this thing to us then he went back to the customer service room and he never came back. During that time the associate was standing there who was helping us earlier. She was not able return, She tried to return from one register to the second register and from the second register to the third register but she couldn't do it.Then she went to the back room and she asked for help but no one came to help her. After that she gave the return items to someone else in the back room then after 30 minutes wait a associate came outside name is Charmaine with the boots and she told us that these times don't belong to Macys. Then she told us that you guys are trying to return the wrong items to Macys and you guys needs to send them to the address they came from. We won't return them for you. Then after that my brother showed her the online purchase receipt from his phone and even we showed her the items serial numbers as well and everything. My brother told the associate Charmaine nicely maam these times are the Macys items so we ordered 4 pairs and we are going to keep 2 pairs and other 2 we are going to return it. That associate spoke rudely to my brother and she wasn't not showing her interest at all to return our item. Then my brother said to hwe that please call the manager. He was here earlier who has a pony, he was helping us earlier and should return it, then she said no to us no he doesnt know how to do the return . He wouldn't help you guys, We told her more then four times to call the manager and he went to the back room and she ignored us And after listening to us, she left that place and started talking to someone else. It was very bad experience and this associate Charmaine doesn't know how to talk to customers. So rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never go to Sugarland Macys again to get anything.

Please add handicapped changing rooms. And handicapped check out lines. Sorry, 10 ppl in line at the other end of the store is too many ppl.☂Shop at Cato- better prices and customer service, there is room for handicapped ppl, and far better prices.

I ordered items and did not receive them. Macy charged me for them even though when I called the day the package was not received , I was told it would be credited back to my card. Bothersome because I paid extra for Doordash to deliver it .Do not shop on line. Go into the store. It is not worth the hassle.I have canceled my card. Macy charged me for items I did not receive and refused my request for a refund.

Worst experience and stole my item/money from me. I had a $50 order cancel, and then got notified someone else picked up the item and I have received zero refund. Ive called the store all week and no one will answer, so now I’m out my item and $50. Won’t waste my time here again

Paid $15 express shipping from Macy’s online. Failed to deliver the gift according to their shipping policy for express shipping. Online chat rep refused to refund me despite showing that the product was shipped with regular shipping and not the express I paid for
