“I needed a transfer bench. It didn't work. I couldn't return it within 3 days because I hadn't left the house in over a week (taking care of my mom). I was afraid it wouldn't be accepted, but since it hadn't been used at all and was in its original package, they graciously allowed the return. What a relief! Thank you so much for being sensible to your customer! I can say that the refund policy is strict, but the people are understanding and reasonable. I would give this 5 *****s, but the prices for this small business store are steeper than Amazon. It is good to support our small businesses, so I will be back!”
“Awesome care and service here at Multi Medical! I injured my left calf muscle and couldn't walk or even limp. Came in without an appointment and was helped immediately! I was able to compare Crutches, and wheelchairs Available for purchase or rental. I settled on a knee scooter that saved the day for me! Definitely check these guys out for your medical supply needs. “Appointment was for 8am but I got here at 8:07. They didn't give me any problems and had me on the door and empty within 30mins. Dock 3 and 4 is what you are lookin for so might as back into either one prior to checking in next to door 1. Parkin is available”
