Needed to rent a recliner for several weeks due to a back injury. They were able to deliver the day after the phone call. They were clear with instructions that needed to be followed upon return & returning was easy. The delivery driver was very quick with setting up the chair then upon Pick-up dismantling it and removing it.
I would use this company again if I ever have a need.

I rented a patient lift from Medirect for a short period of time. They were responsive and delivered when they promised.
Unfortunately, the lift was too large to fit through the bedroom door. They immediately found a smaller lift in their warehouse, exchanged the larger one for the smaller one, and redelivered within a few hours. I am happy to recommend them.

From giving out information concerning recommendations for equipment to delivery and picking up our full electric hospital bed, this company is five star in every category. Prices were well below other companies for the same bed. They adjusted to our schedule and were never late. Agents were professional and kind. If you ever need to rent medical equipment, I strongly recommend you give them a call.

Excellent medical supply company! Top notch communication, follow through and execution. Rented a hospital bed for a couple months and then bought one. The sales associate and delivery associate were both terrific. The delivery time window was met and right on time! Will recommend and use again!

I would recommend this company, they were efficient and very understanding. They did the delivery of a hospital bed the same day all the way to Dallas. Anyone that needs medical equipment in the Houston-DFW area they are the ones to go to.
