Tanner was absolutely amazing! I brought my grandmother and great aunt in for a shopping spree and the moment we walked in he was helpful, courteous, polite, and had a good eye for style.
I highly recommend this location over others as they have a great selection, WONDERFUL staff like Tanner and are very efficient. I will definitely be back soon, and I cannot recommend First Colony Michael Kors enough!!!

The size I bought from online shopping was not suitable. I went to the store to change the size. I met a very good employee named Anita. She helped me very patiently and her attitude was very good. I will continue to come back.

Excellent customer service, the manager I believe her name is Anita , she was super friendly, super nice , super sweet she was very helpful on calculating prices for the purse that my mom wants to buy, I definitely recommend checking this MK store

Made an order online went to pick it up and was greeted by Sales Manager Anita very nice and pleasant store very clean and neat as always. I'm a returning customer to this location I have purchased in the passed boots, sneakers, two handbags. Love them

All i can say is treat your customer fairly even if that person only wears a regular clothes, not branded one's. Dont judge that person what he/she wears.Because I got treated that way. But thanks to Kristen(blondie curly hair)for helping me.

Price not worth its quality. An average Michael Kors bag breaks within six months. Plus the employee there wasn't even helpful. She was walking around doing nothing.

Such a wonderful experience at this location! Anita, Maquelle, and Kaimysh, did an outstanding job! I may have misspelled the name, but the 3 sales associate who worked there on Saturday. We purchased an opened bag and thought it was the last one, but they had found an unopened version after we had left the store and called us to come back to exchange the bag! They really put the effort in to make sure we were satisfied and helped us! Love the team there

I was treated inappropriately as I was wearing Indian ethnic wear. They refused to accept the return saying we do not accept online orders. The online store and the customer service says it’s not true.
