Great service from Gene Bills and (sorry forgot his name) guy who came to check if old palm stumps needed grinding. Gene let me take my time to pick out 3 palms and answered all my questions. Guy who came was knowledgeable, said stumps soft enough they could be dug out no grinder needed, and enjoyed talking about some of the other plants in my yard..
Outstanding installation service from Juan Carlos and his crew (Leo, Facundo, Adiel, and Cudito). Juan did a great job to make sure I was satisfied with placement. He had the crew rotate the palms to maximize the frond appeal. Juan was communicative, pleasant, punctual, and I did not feel rushed.

I had a fantastic experience with Abraham at Moon Valley Nursery. He was incredibly helpful, took the time to walk me through the entire nursery, and answered all of my questions with impressive knowledge and patience. He also came up with great ideas for my garden that I hadn’t considered.
Since moving to Houston, I haven’t had a better nursery experience. I’ve visited quite a few nurseries, but this one happened to be near my work, and I’m so glad I stopped in. I ended up purchasing several high-quality trees, and Abraham provided guidance on where to plant them and how to care for them, giving me multiple options to suit my space.
I’ll definitely be returning and will be bringing my whole family next time. Highly recommend!

Working with Moon Valley Nurseries, specifically Adam, was a wonderful experience! He was detailed and patient, showing us different options and making recommendations of what would complete our vision.
