They were perfect, everything was great and loved the online banking platform. It was very easy to use and very intuitive. You could arrange the accounts in order and name them. You could also easily transfer money from one account to another: Choose From then Choose To, it was that simple. Then recently they destroyed the online banking website. All the accounts got out of order and they took away the function to put them back they way you needed it. They only way to fix the issue was to swap the names of two of my accounts, swap my direct deposit accounts, swap my mortgage draft accounts, swap everything between these two accounts, I'm still in the process of swapping everything. Because of this mess, I now also require to have debit cards for the account that I use to use to be for my mortgage that I now have to use for my daily spending. They promised me they would send it FedEx and that I would have it today. Today is over and it did not come so I called them. They just told me they sent it regular mail and should have it in 5-10 more days. So I have no access to my funds until another week. On top of all this mess they caused. Trying to transfer money on the new online banking is also a total mess, if you can even figure it out. It took me about 10 minutes to figure it out then I ended up doing it backwards. Before the change you simply had a transfer button, choose the from account then the to account and hit the submit button and you're done. Now you have to find Move Money then choose either start transaction of manage accounts, try them both one of them should work, then choose the account the money is going to, not the one it is coming from and so on, which is so backwards. I had Discover bank and Wells Fargo before moving everything here, now I am in desperate need to find a bank with a good online banking platform. I absolutely HATE this place now...

Slow and unprofessional. I set in this branch and waited for over an hour. The representative lied and said she filed a claim on my behalf however after speaking with customer service she only sent a message. There was a branch representative sitting idle and could clearly see there was a lobby full of waiting customers. The other representatives were helping customers however their promptness to try and assist customers in a timely manner was lacking. I will never visit this branch again. Navy federal needs better employees that believe in providing quality service.

Why in the world would a banking center be closed on MONDAY.... not to mention your door sign says you're open on Monday. This is false advertising... it's not even a holiday.I opened an account a few months ago and I still have yet to receive a BANK CARD...

My boss, who did a brief hitch in the Air Force, called me and told me he walked into the Meyerland location and walked out with a $50,000 unsecured, personal loan, no tax returns or anything to provide. I walked into their Sugar Land location and applied for a $14,500 unsecured, personal loan on the same day. I was told my loan was pending consideration. I should have an answer in 2 to 24 hours. I had to wait 6 hours for an answer. The answer was, "We need a pay stub and bank statements." Like my boss, I'm self-employed. Neither of us get "pay stubs." I spent the evening sending Navy FCU bank statements from two accounts and 2 years of tax returns. Had to wait till the next morning for an answer. On a range of 7.43% to 18% APR for personal loans, these clowns offer me the loan at 18%. I did 12 years in the Navy and my dad (Nam Vet) and sister were retired Air Force. My credit score is 790, I have little debt, I have $1,035/month mortgage for home that only half the value is financed, always got the best rate when buing a car, and that's the way they want to treat a vet? TERRIBLE!

I don't normally use this branch, however, I am heading out of town for work and they were along the route. My job had an issue with our payroll company getting our direct deposit checks done on time last week, so we were given paper checks. I stopped by just to deposit the check into my account. I have done so in the past and had the balance available right away. I was told at this branch that the policy had changed and that I could not have the money in my account until 2 days later. I then asked if I could just cash the check, as I have done in the past as well. They refused to cash even a portion of it for me, saying that they could not do it due to the check being from a different bank. I will be looking for a new place for my money as this is ridiculous. I have been banking with Navy Fed for over 6 years and have never had any issues with them until this.

Not at all satisfied with what is happening with NFCU. I tried to call this branch and what I got was someone working from home acting as a middle man. Straight off they asked me for my social security number. You really think i want to give out my social over the phone? Then was told "I can not help you unless I have your social or access number". This is also something I do not want to give out over the phone. Can I seriously not call NFCU and speak with someone at the branch I am wanting to visit. Seriously NFCU has lost it's mind if they think I want to bank this way. I will be finding out if this is a one off experience or how they set it up. If this is business as usual I will be placing my direct deposits elsewhere as meager as they may be.

Don’t show up right before 5pm during the week, because they like to lock the doors before closing time. Even if people are walking up to the door. Needing to get a quick pre-approval auto loan check and made it right before 5pm. They were already closed. I missed out on purchasing a vehicle because I wasn’t able to get a check in time. Would be nice if they closed at 5:30pm or 6pm Monday -Friday. But I guess bug credit unions can do what they want. There are other credit unions down the street open until 7pm weeknights. Very disappointed in service.

I was at this branch at 4.59pm and rep. at the door shot the door on my face after I had told him what I was there for. It’s a shame on you sure you know who you are.

I've only been in the branch a few times, but every time, each employee has been wonderful! I also have to say in general the customer service you receive from NFCU is AMAZING!!! Phone, email, chat, in person, it is ALWAYS great! It's like taking to a friend or someone that genuinely wants to help you instead of a customer service agent that really doesn't care what happens!. I'm so glad I switched to NFCU! I just wish we had a couple more branches in the area.

The worst branch ever! It's always something they can't or want do here. I just don't understand. Maybe over the phone and in the branch are totally two different Navy Federal. Will not make the trip again.
