I sent my husband to return a carseat that we never used and yes the box was open because the tape that came with it came off easily even the bottom of it. Some guy worker said its a red flag to see it open so they didn't accept it. Do better! That is ridiculous especially having a customer come in with a heavy box coming in there just to get denied a return just by it being open? No damages in it nothing!

Thank goodness for Nordstrom Rack in Sugar Land! I was in dire need of some new gym shoes, and I'm so glad this location is only about 30 minutes away from me.
I always seem to strike gold here. No matter what I'm looking for, whether it's clothes, accessories, or in this case, athletic wear, I consistently find good finds at this Nordstrom Rack. Their selection is always impressive, and the prices are fantastic for the quality you get.
It's definitely worth the drive for me, and I highly recommend checking out the Sugar Land location if you're looking for great deals and a rewarding shopping experience!

Came here with my sister to shop for outfits for my graduation. The selection of clothing met our needs but I am very disappointed in the customer service I experienced. From the moment I stepped in the store, Sandra was micromanaging customers on the floor which I found to be bizarre. She then accosted my sister in the dressing room while she was giving me some clothes to try on and was almost barring her from even entering the fitting room. I noticed that Sandra was a “Customer Service All-Star”, which is ironic to me considering she offered no service at all. I almost considered dropping everything altogether to shop at another location because of our experience. Customer Service is supposed to be a cornerstone of Nordstrom’s values and it is a shame that behavior like this goes unchecked.
