I have been coming to this store for 30 years now and have seen the service deteriorate so much. No one here is interested is helping you, very rude, absolutely no customer friendly service. Might as well shut the store down if no one is interested to work. Even the manager at the print desk talks as if he is doing you a favor rather than thankful to have your business.
Never was like this, it’s a shame.

A little slower with their turnaround times for prints compared to other Office Depot stores I’ve visited.
It’s hard to justify the print price when the turnaround is so slow and canva is so much cheaper

Got there 10 minutes early for anppointment - even though we were the only ones in the store and they were doing absolutely nothing they refused to help because we were early. Asked for a manager and they couldn’t find one. What a joke.!

I had a terrible experience at the print center of the 15375 Southwest Fwy Office Depot today. Jose, the employee at the counter, was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Instead of simply assisting me with printing five pages, he spent 10 minutes arguing about why he couldn’t help me—without even listening to my request. When I asked for his name, he refused to tell me, saying I should ask his manager because “who am I?”
I was just at this same location on February 2nd, where I printed a poster with no issue. Clearly, they can do same-day prints, but Jose just didn’t want to do the work. He made no effort to help, and even getting the right paper felt like a struggle.
As a long-time Office Depot customer, I’ve put up with many issues, but this was the worst experience I’ve had. I won’t be returning.

literally the worst customer service. I see multiple employees just standing around. I came to get one stamp made and it took over 3 days and me coming up here 3 times and the stamp still wasn’t made. I had multiple employees tell me the stamp would be made in a couple of hours and it never was.Didn’t even get my stamp after 3 days never got told till i came in this is ridiculous

Do not go here if you are a business owner and need labels printed out! The clerk told me they don’t do that there and to try FedEx! Well I always get my labels printed from Office Depot with no problem! The store sells label papers so how come yall don’t print out labels. I have to drive to another location where I was service properly in Missouri City! That’s where yall should go not here!

This store has the worst service. Your employees with five customers in line at the copy desk and one employee helping. I stood in line for 25 min. Just to find out if they could bind one document.
Horrible service and will never go back. It’s too bad it’s the only one in SugarLand. We need another choice.

I was in the store for over 30min looking for a desk and chairs. I sat in about 10 different chairs and literally no one ever asked me if I needed help or information on the items I was clearly looking at.
