Very bad manner and very bad service. They would like to deny any items that they do not want to take it back. Chatting with customers service that they approved. But the lady refused here. She did not focus on client 's concern. Its very ugly face and ugly cashier. I went many old navy store around here and different state. This store has bad service and unfriendly one.

Manager Maria lacks a customer service attitude; she should receive training on how to engage with and treat customers. Both of the cashiers were so nice.

Customer service staff at the check out were rude. No ‘hi’ or ‘hello’, they kept talking amongst themselves while scanning my purchases. Was put off by that.

Store manager MARIA very rude. Prior to ringing me up I saw her throw slam some pants on the counter that the previous customer didnt want. I wanted some jeans I found on sales rack tagged $14.99. When she rang it up it rang regular price. I told her it was on sale. She took off the sticker and accused me of putting it on there myself. I understand that maybe she can’t ring it up because of the system and store policy… but you can’t go around accusing people of putting stickers on the tag. I have no reason to do that I can afford the jeans at regular price if I wanted them. How ever her nasty attitude made the store lose a sale. She also looked hung over with what looks like last night’s makeup. I really didn’t appreciate the attitude. I really liked the jeans. I checked the website and they were on sale not $15 but $30. So I will purchase there or another store. Maria should not be managing with her VERY POOR customer service skills. She’s rude for no reason at all.

Lately, I've been really attracted to the clothing from this specific brand. They have a diverse selection of stylish clothes that are good quality, and the best part is that their prices are hard to beat. The store is also well-kept, with neatly arranged sections that make it effortless to find everything I need. It's definitely worth the investment.
