Mike was thorough in his explanation of what the services entail, while not being too pushy. I appreciate technicians that explain their products and allow the customer to decide what's best for them. Likeable and friendly.

Run as fast as you can! Ricardo Saravia is about the laziest worker I’ve ever seen.
Our quarterly services includes the in wall pest tubes, knocking down reachable webs and/or nests, spray the exterior perimeter up to five feet from foundation, and more. The services we actually get is about 4 minutes of attitude and a little swipe here in there. It amazes me how Ricardo can do all the listed services in 4 minutes.. and we when request them to come back out because the services they promised haven’t been met, we get attitude from Ricardo at the door, see picture attached.
Their 2nd follow appointment for the SAME quarterly appointment that still hasn’t been completed correctly got “rescheduled” with no notification. It took me to call the office at 4:45 to find out my appointment was rescheduled. I asked Andrea Jones if my appointment would still happen and she said “no sorry”. Didn’t even offer to reschedule my appointment until I asked.
I requested for Ricardo to not perform the services for this appointment, and scheduling ignored the request and still sent Ricardo.
Horrible service from internal to external, I would chose ANYONE besides OnDuty.

Martin Salinas, Technician for On-Duty Pest Control, LLC, has been treating my home for several years. I find him Professional and through in performing his tasks. He always asks when finished if there is anything else he can do. He is a keeper!
I recommend him and On-Duty Pest Control, LLC.

Please thank Ricardo for a job WELL DONE (as usual ;-). In this day an age of video surveillance, it is easy to watch/see how hard he works at his job treating our home...and we truly appreciate his efforts (and see) the hard work he is tasked with doing in this Texas Heat !!!

I have been using this company for 5+ years and didn’t have issues, until this year after they had a ‘updated new system’… had my quarterly service two week ago—asked explicitly to schedule for PM and call me before hand so that I can be home. The technician showed up AM and no call, and just did the spay outside. Gone in 5mins with full charge. Called again for rescheduling, again asked for PM and courtesy call, and the operator assured me that the technician will call. No call. He did come back and spent another 5mins inside since I seen roaches, with an extra charge which never occurred before! Ridiculous! After that I requested twice to talk to their manager, no call back and no explanation. Very frustrating. I don’t know if this company changed their owner or management, but it felt like a different company now. I will switch for sure. Stay away unless you wanna similar experience!

I wanted to use On Duty for their pest control because they handle our alarm system. We have a boxer puppy and have lost three of our dogs because of cancer. I asked the rep that came to the house about the chemicals they use because I am trying to limit the odds of our new puppy getting cancer. He said he would get me a list of the chemicals. The list only said 5% of 1 chemical and did not list any of the other chemicals used. I emailed another rep twice asking for information and just got ghosted. I then called the office twice and was told someone was going to call me back never did. I reached out to rep who came out once more and he just ignored me.
It’s a shame that customer service today is so low.
