We had a great experience with Andrew Lopez at the Sugar Land location. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to walk us through several grill options. He explained the differences clearly and gave honest recommendations based on our needs—no pressure, just helpful guidance. Andrew made the process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re shopping for a grill!

Matthew was very helpful and extremely professional. We walked in expecting to see a bunch of grills and brick options, instead we found the kitchens were already built and we bought a floor model at an incredible price. I really love the fact that I don't have to find a shady contractor to build my kitchen.

Me and My Wife recently visited Sugarland Paradise Grills, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. The Best part was the exceptional service provided by Matthew, who was very helpful and knowledgeable of his products which makes all the difference! I called and spoke to a gentleman that actually answered the phone. His name was ATEF and even though he couldn’t help me, he suggested a place that could because I was just looking for parts. Don’t get this kind of customer service usually when you can’t sell somebody something.
