Dr. Conrad is the best. I honestly felt so well taken care of. She was very thorough, i went in because i felt my old glasses just aren’t working the best. She did the most amazing exam and truly cares for her patients. We discovered my astigmatism measurements on my current glasses aren’t correct. It was my first time coming here and I honestly would 100% come back! Thank you Dr. Conrad :)

I want to say Frida was very helpful. From when I called before coming in she was amazing. I was able to get same day appointment, which doesn’t happen all the time, but today I was lucky. When I came in Frida helped me right away. Then Dr. Jimmy Nguyen finished me out. there was no wait it wasn’t many people inside I was able to do my right away. It was a great experience.

I had a very enjoyable experience while finding my next pair of glasses. Dr. Nguyen was very professional and knowledgeable of my questions and all questions that I had. Frida assisted me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this location for your eye care needs.

Don’t offer appts if you don’t honor them. 9am, no one in store 25 minute wait. Employees haven’t inappropriate conversations. Just check in with your customers. Customer service 101.

I had two completely different experiences here and it entirely depended on the eye doctors I saw.
My first experience was with a male eye doctor who I would give a 1 star to. He was very rude and sarcastic with me when I asked questions or told him my vision was blurry. He was short, skipped a ton of steps, and got my prescription very wrong which I could tell immediately but he would not fix. Very bad experience.
My second and third experience was with a female eye doctor who was the complete opposite and I would give more than 5 stars to. She listened, took all the time needed with me to fix everything, did all of the tests that the first eye doctor skipped, and got me to the right prescription with a smile and kindness the entire time. She was probably my favorite eye doctor I have ever visited.
The front desk staff was consistently good. I appreciated their efficiency.
In a nutshell, the eye doctor will make or break your experience so make sure that you schedule with a good one when you call in.

I was a patron of Pearle Vision until they refused to honor their $25.00 off coupon. IT WAS NOT EXPIRED and I still had a balance. I will no longer consult this company for my eye care needs.

I purchased some Prada glasses I had to visit the office 3 times they screws constantly following .The lens are scratched badly every time I’m around my family & friends they tell me I need to clean my glasses they are damaged I called customer service a week ago nobody return my call .Those prescribed glasses cost me 500 ,and it haven’t been a year .Thats awful next time I will definitely won’t spend my money with them
