I visited today Saturday 02.04.2023. Staff named Honda was not polite, very rude and not very helpful. His attitude in working with public as a customer service agent wasunacceptable. If I need services. I will not patronize this business ever again. Horrible service. He acted as though he doesn't like his job. Not friendly.

The guy at the counter did an excellent job helping with my package as well as helping me to find the best/less expensive shipping method. That was some of the best customer service that I’ve received in a long time!!

I came here to drop of a UPS package with a label that was sent to me via email for a return. After getting taken advantage of and being charged 15$ for a roll of packing tape the man behind the counter told me that "The packages get scanned by UPS when the driver pics them up and wouldn't give me a receipt for my package. Stores like this are all about convenience and customer service - He was rude and I'll never be back.
