Recently bought a house and this morning, I went to secure some paint. Let me tell you, Carolina at PPG is amazing! Her customer service is truly top-notch. She went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Even when she didn’t have the item in stock, she didn’t just stop there — she located it at another store, called ahead to confirm they had it, and made sure everything was ready for me when I arrived. That level of care and effort is rare these days. Carolina truly deserves a raise for her dedication and professionalism!

I went to buy paint and there were two issues. 1) they paint matched it and when I took it home to use it it was slightly off. 2) I came in and asked for “the smallest” size available and they sold me quarts instead of sample sizes, likely because they could tell I didn’t have a lot of experience with painting and wouldn’t know to ask for sample sizes. I spent $56 on paint when I could have spent way less! That’s not selling with integrity. I will not be giving them future business.

I was able to find what I needed. I am thankful to the young man that assisted me with my paint purchase. Very kind and knowledgeable. He even went out of his way to call other stores, I just needed a quart of paint and this location does not have paint by the quart.

Louis is the best! He took the time to help look up my paint name and which company it was associated with and then matched the color, perfectly. After moving into a new house and only given the name of the paint color, Louis made sure I was satisfied with the color and even offered to change it if I needed to without charge. Thank you Louise!
