My service was above anything I could’ve expected. I had traded in a phone a year ago, and forgotten to verify the trade in was credited to my account. Not only was this checked for me, and verified that it was, but it was determined that I was still owed an additional credit to my account. Shannon was professional, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me with any questions/issues I had.

Prime Communications ATT location in Middlesboro KY scammed me out money after they added a watch on a “BOGO sale”, charged me for the first watch, and then they found out I couldn’t add another line. At that point I no longer wanted to do the deal cause there was no point, and then she said I’d have to pay a restocking fee of $55?!?! SCAMMERS‼️ Manager told me to call ATT and they would give me my money back. Nope! ATT said the restocking fee is the Store location’s fee, not an ATT fee.Update!!! I’m pretty sure they even entered my personal information online requesting healthcare information, as since I have left at store my phone has been blown up. I currently have healthcare insurance and I’m not in the market at this time. Is that even legal?!?!

I had to put one star to even be able to post. I had an issue with AT&T store they owned in Russell Springs Kentucky and put a google review and they told me to email them to resolve the issue and have gotten no answer!!! Just put that on google to make it look like they were going to do something when they haven’t answered and been over 2 weeks ago

This is flat out a horrible company!!!!! I’m a former employee for prime communications please save your time and energy and do not consider working for these people if you’re thinking about. They are scammers. They barely give you any decent hourly and on top of that your commission is very minimal to what you make for the company. They overwork you and demand so much, while higher ups don’t do anything. The company as a whole is already doing bad with sales anyway and there going down hill. Hence why they ask you to do so much. There horrible people and don’t care about you or your money, or your time .

Extremely Unprofessional ServiceI visited the AT&T authorized dealer located at 4281 Sterling Ave, Kansas City, MO 64133, managed by Prime Communications, on September 5, 2023. My experience was beyond disappointing, and I felt compelled to share it.Firstly, the store's employee, Tyler, provided inconsistent information to my mother about the cost of a SIM card and monthly charges when she visited on September 2, 2023. This resulted in a shockingly high email notification stating that my next bill would be $577, which was significantly higher than my usual monthly bill.Hoping to resolve this issue, I visited the store on September 5. Tyler was unprofessional from the start, taking a phone call while I waited and then dismissively asking how he could help me. When I showed him the email and explained the situation, he failed to address my concerns.What followed was an outright display of rudeness and unprofessionalism. Tyler told me, verbatim, to "stop looking at [him] so stupid." His behavior was completely inappropriate, and I asked for assistance as he was supposed to be the store's expert. His response? "What makes you think I'm the expert?"Things took a further downturn when Tyler abruptly ordered me to leave the store, saying, "You can get out of my store." This was incredibly disrespectful and uncalled for.To make matters worse, Tyler had given my mother access to my account without my authorization, even though I have no authorized individuals on my account. This breach of privacy is unacceptable.My experience at this AT&T authorized dealer was marked by unprofessionalism, rudeness, and a complete lack of customer service. Not to mention very hostile. I would strongly advise against visiting this location.

So you mean to tell me you all condone workplace mobbing? My coworkers of my most recent job at ATT in O’fallon, IL including store Manager Mike participating in hacking my phone and my accounts which includes stealing from them. I was victim to gaslighting intentional systemic errors to make me look incompetent and they received instructions and probably pay from Deandre Richard Anthony Stewart Joseph Crocket George Mclemore Bryan Moore Jr Duke Liddel Clover McKinney Allen Goodwin Jr Samuel Taylor Carlton Moran Kane Koca also known as Louis Funches and Anthony Stewart Jr rapper Jkwon cousin of Kane cuz they all have herpes tryna blame me. A lot of these men a few exes family and strangers trying to blame me for something that seems more like an epidemic. The staff was paid to harass and gaslight me and manipulated my earnings cheating me out of pay. I expect someone to be in contact with me and an investigation of these people their phones their accounts

Terrible experience switching from Verizon. The associate named Sky lied about multiple things and then when I called back contued to lie after my wife and i verified in the store with him multiple times. Went to a different a store and they confirmed he lied and was from a third party store. Don't go to this AT&T store. Go to a corporate store where they are honest and professional. Took me hours at the corporate store to straighten up all the shady stuff Sky did. When I called the store to speak with a Manger they wouldn't connect me...

I bought a new IPhone 13 last night. I never touched the phone. The sales lady did some programming or something and put it back in the box. I brought it home and put it on the kitchen counter (still in the box). My son came home and looked at it and said it had a chip in it. I told him I'd return it today and get a new one. The person working at the store was very helpful, but his boss, Chris Fesserden, District Manger, would not him to replace the phone for me. Chris is an obnoxious, rude and totally unprofessional person. Told me I probably scratched it at home. He told me I should have inspected the phone before I left. To do that, I would have had to hold it in every light and every angle. He would not entertain any thoughts on how to remedy the situation. He shut me down and told me he had been with AT&T for 10 years. Not impressed. I have been with them a whole lot longer. It's not a huge scratch, but it's a brand new expensive phone. Called the 611 AT&T line and they advised me to take the phone back to the point of purchase. I told her I was there now. She said they should replace it. You would think so. Extremely disappointed. Everyone was very helpful and kind until I got on the phone with Chris Fesserden. Absolute worse customer service experience ever. A terrible face for AT&T.

UPDATE SEPTEMBER 26, 2022. Received a statement that showed I did NOT get a free iPhone iWatch that was offered to me on July 23 by REGGIE at Primate Communications. I went to the store today as instructed by AT&T Customer Service and the MANAGER told me he had to talk to REGGIE regarding the free iWatch that he offered to me and he is not here. HE IS THE MANAGER !!!! I was only able to get $183.40 off the $329.99 iWatch - for now. Thanks to AT&T Customer Service and NOT this store. So, not only did I get charged for Protect Advantage which I did not agree to - I was charged for the iWatch. Of course, their PRINTER did not work on the day I was there in July OR July 2022. I got a REPLY from the owner (or District Manager?) of this AT&T Store (see below) but I never received a reply as promised. I solved the issues in this review by myself. July 23, 2022. Watch out for REGGIE at this location. He had plenty of 'offers' but when I received my Customer Service Summary from MyAT&T it had the Protect Advantage ($17/month) which I said I did not want and AT&T Next Up ($6/month) which I was not even told about !!! I am thankful for the main AT&T Customer Service for explaining what will happen to my billing cycle each month - which will take THREE MONTHS to adjust any discounts/credits/mistakes.

On September 19, 2021, my son and I went to **** store at 8776 E Shea Blvd, Unit 100 Scottsdale, AZ 85260. I saw an **** promotion that if I add a new line, I can get an ****** for $15/month. I asked for ****** ** ***, ******* ****,128 GB, but the store representative J. said that they don’t have it in stock. He showed me an ****** ** *** ***, and told me that if I open a new line, and trade-in an ******, I can get ****** ** *** *** for $5/month. I added a new line. I asked if I could trade-in ****** 8 Plus. The store representative J. scanned the ****** 8 Plus and told me that I will not get a good credit for it. He recommended that it would be better to trade-in my ****** XS, because I can get a credit of $700. The store representative J. told me that I should pay the remaining installments for the ******. When the trade-in was completed, we opened the box with ****** ** *** ***. My son said that this ****** is too big for his hands. I ordered ****** ** ***, ******* blue, and I paid $72.45 for taxes. ****** ** *** was not shipped, and I cancelled the order two days later. Our **** bill was so high next month, and I went to the store. The store representative E. called his manager. E. told me that the store representative J. was accused of sending himself private videos from customer’s phone. According to abc15.com “J. was booked into jail." E. advised me to change my ***** ID password and passwords for my apps. I scheduled an appointment, and the store manager sent me a message that they will "verify that your phone is removed from find my ****** and that it is no longer signed in. All promotions and credits for your original trade in should be reflecting within 60 to 90 days. So all you will be doing today is verifying that your phone was deleted." I do not have my ****** XS, and I am still charged $5.00 for installments every month. I have at home ****** * Plus and ****** *. I have been charged $30.56 each month since October 2021 for ****** ** *** ***.
