New Account Opened for Non-Profit Organization, we left Big Bank after 18 years. Quiet (peaceful) Mary Montgomery Manager ready, ensured we had documents checklist in advance, I love the preparation. I found her cordial, knowledgeable and professional. We will see, what this new relationship will bring, they agreed to stock tea with beverages too. DeMonica is the BEST!!! She greeted each person who entered the building with a smile and let them know that someone would be with them momentarily. I was having difficulty with the audio teller, which DeMonica could overhear. She stepped in and told the teller that she would be assist me.She resolved the issue quickly, and I was out the door!I was very appreciative!Thanks again DeMonica!
