We’re coming up on one year since our daughter first started at Primrose, just a little over 3 months old at the time and what a journey it’s been! Watching her grow, learn, and thrive here has been such a blessing, and we are so thankful to have found a place that truly feels like an extension of home.
Ms. Lindsey, her young toddler teacher is truly a gem. She is so kind, loving, and attentive. It’s clear she genuinely cares for each child in her classroom, and it gives us such peace of mind knowing our little one is in her care.
Janae, the office manager, has been absolutely amazing since day one. She’s always so sweet, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with anything we need. Her warm presence is felt the moment you walk through the doors.
We truly love all the teachers at Primrose!
The entire staff is caring, passionate, and dedicated to what they do. They always take the time to listen, are open to suggestions, and are quick to address any concerns with compassion and professionalism. It’s clear they put the children’s well-being and happiness first every single day.
We are deeply grateful for the love, care, and support our daughter has received over this past year. Thank you, Primrose, for becoming such an important part of our family’s life, we couldn’t imagine a better place for her to grow and learn.

Our family tried two other schools prior to Primrose that just did not meet our expectations. We're so thankful now that we decided to become part of the Primrose family. Our two kids have been here for a year and have enjoyed every minute of it. Our daughter started in the young infant class and is now in the early pre-school class. All teachers amongst the three classes she's been in have been incredible. They are attentive, kind, and genuinely care about the kids. Our son just graduated from the private Pre-k class and has shown so much growth! His behavior has improved and he looks forward to getting up and going to class every day. The new leadership team have made my husband and I feel seen and heard with any concern we may have. I love that everyone here embraces each child as they are and work to meet their individual needs right where they are.

We moved to Sugar Land in the fall of ‘24, and it was a big change for our 4 year old who’d been at the same preschool his entire life. I was so impressed with the way they integrated my son into the classroom - and it wasn’t even a special effort on their part; the entire school just clicks so well that it was almost seamless (minus a few initial tears at drop-off).
The facilities, the front office, the support staff, and teachers are all amazing. All of the small ways they make our kids feel special and happy never cease to amaze me - field trips, visits from the PD or Dentists, Cookie Friday, costume events, class parties - I wish I could enroll myself 😊
The teachers and staff are very thorough with check-ins through the Procare app, so you always know when your child has moved classrooms, or is on the playground, etc. We also receive daily pictures and lesson updates, and there’s a schoolwork folder that goes home every once in a while that shows what they’ve been working on.
They also collaborate with Sportball, which has coaches introduce a variety of sports during their playground time. It’s an amazing opportunity for my son because he gets a chance to try multiple sports each season, and since our weekends typically have sports already scheduled, he’s not overloaded since it’s done during a weekday.
I could go on, but honestly the only thing that really matters to me is that each morning my son wakes up, puts on his uniform by himself, and let’s me know not to be late - because he’s genuinely happy to be at Primrose and can’t wait to go to class.

We feel so lucky to have found Primrose for our son. From the very beginning, it’s been such a warm and welcoming environment. He absolutely loves all his teachers, especially Ms. Eman. She’s incredible. You can tell she truly cares about the kids and goes out of her way to make sure they’re happy, safe, and thriving.
Even in the younger classrooms, there are so many fun and thoughtful activities planned throughout the day. The kids are constantly learning and dong fun things. Our son comes home excited to show us what he learned.
We’ve been so impressed with the school, the staff, and the care they provide. 5/5 - we will send our next child here when the time comes!

Couldn't be happier with Primrose of Greatwood! I had to relocate to Sugar Land for work and it was extremely heartbreaking leaving my daughters prior school. I was so scared that I wouldn't find another place that gave so much love like her old school -- Until Primrose! Any concern I've ever had was put at ease by staff. The front plus Ms. T, Ms. Journi, and Ms. Kae have been so, so loving to my daughter. She is so happy to see them and they are extremely friendly. I don't feel like 'just a parent'. The curriculum is great, the patience teachers have is amazing, and the front is on top of everything. If you're a worrier like me, value great education, and want a loving school, then Primrose at Greatwood is a great place to call home.

We absolutely love Primrose of Greatwood. I truly cannot say enough positive things to express how much we love our school and teachers. Our teachers, Ms. Brittney, Ms. Hema, Ms. Chasity, Ms. Paula, Ms. Irene and Ms. Lindsey give our children the upmost care and education. One of my children wears a helmet and Boots-and-bar and his teachers and the administration (Ms. Mercedes, Ms. Natalie and Ms. Janae) have been so helpful and caring towards his needs. We love them and are so grateful for their care and dedication.

Primrose of Greatwood has been so amazing for our kids! They have thrived and felt loved and supported from the start. Staff and teachers are so helpful and we truly appreciate them! Highly recommend for any parents who are looking for a great place for their kiddos to learn and grow.

I love Primrose of Greatwood, my son has been going to this school for 3 years. Since being a part of their program, my son has been able to bond with other children his age and make new friends while learning through the curriculums they provide. I love the fact the children get to do fun and informative actives, this helps with developing their little minds! I love how my baby comes home and tells me what he's learned! My son has come so much out of his shell since coming to Primrose. He was a COVID baby. He didn't get a chance to hang around too many people or children his age. Bringing him here has taught him so many things and he's no longer shy and very outspoken. Primrose sometimes has police officers and fire men just to name a few, come in and other professional personnel to teach them about safety and why it's important and they all make it fun buy giving the children fun demonstrations and the children sometimes get to interact and participate!
The staff is overall friendly and care about your child as if they were their own! They really care about what is in the best interest of your child and I love that. When I drop off my son, I feel confident that my child is in good hands. The staff gives support to parents they really make you feel like family. They consistently keep you updated for events involving your child too, if they've had a bad day, not feeling well etc. I've even invited my sister to bring her child and she (my niece) loves coming to her school and my son gets to see his cousin. If you're reading this, this is a sign to bring your child to the Primrose Family!!!

4 of my children attend Primrose School of Greatwood. Our kiddos have been in many childcares due to us relocating throughout the years. Hands down, Primrose School of Greatwood is the best Preschool our children have ever been a part of. The teachers are highly trained and educated. The teachers truly love and care about our children. It feels like family when we walk in the door. We have peace of mind, knowing that our kids are safe and loved. The door code on the front of the building is routinely changed. There is always someone at the front desk to say hello and to greet us. The Leadership Team does a fantastic job at informing us when a child is sick in care and what to expect in the event that our child starts to experience symptoms. The staff go above and beyond to clean and sanitize to prevent the spread of sickness/viruses, etc. I can’t say enough about this school! We are so thankful to have found Primrose School of Greatwood and can’t imagine going anywhere else!

I’ve been at Primrose School of Greatwood for a little over 6/7 months now and I can honestly say that Leadership, “Jessica, Lopez & Krista” don’t just listen to their employees they actually hear them and do their best to make positive changes. They make it a safe space where you can voice your concerns and they provide a solution that works. Thanks so much ladies, coming to work is easy because I love what I do but it feel even better knowing I’m apart of a great team.

Loved the facility , even was going to send my twins there but I refused to after I was on a tour & seen the teacher in their classroom brushing every kids hair with the same brush!!! I have never been more disturbed . That’s how kids catch lice , fungus & etc .Also almost all the kids had runny noses & were not being cleaned & the kids were running around everywhere Iike the teacher had no control & was too much for her .Also they brought the 3 year olds with them in their classroom which is unacceptable because they are suppose to be separate for a reason.

This is by far the best daycare/school we've used, especially compared to the other local options. What makes Primrose of Greatwood so amazing is the incredible team of teachers -- they work together so well to ensure the kids are happy, safe, and learning valuable skills. They also have an on-site splash pad and garden for the children to enjoy.Not only does our child love going there, we love the care and attention she gets from all of the staff. When this place changed ownership a few months ago, it somehow got even better. They upgraded the facilities and invested more into their greatest asset -- their staff.Also, they have free cookies every friday for the kids, but they won't if a parent takes one (or two).
