“Great service, very professional and Karla and Kirby are good people. Great selection of sizes and printing materials. A little hard to find as the shop is not on the front building facing Airport and the city does not allow any sign on the street... but they are there! Highly recommended!”

“I have been coming here for over 6 years I believe. What makes this UPS different from others is the staff. They are quick with returns during all hours. Holiday season does get busy, but they always ensure they have a full staff to get you out of there quickly.
I come during lunch break and I’m in an out within 2-3 minutes.
I’ve been to other ups stores in Greater Houston, and Richmond area and they do not move fast at all. They see the line getting long, but don’t do anything about it.
This location is super quick with everything! Amazon returns, mailing something out, printing etc.”

I came in at the last minute needing a poster printed, and even though I had made a mistake with my font size, Best was incredibly patient and determined to help me figure it out. His calm, respectful demeanor never changed for a moment — even if he was frustrated, you would never know. He truly went above and beyond, and he deserves major recognition for his outstanding customer service.
