I like being able to make an appointment and get in and out quickly. The staff have always been very nice and professional along with excellent skills drawing blood. Benita, at The Commons, Sugar Land, TX, was so friendly, with excellent skills.

it was amazing, i went to here several times and they are always nice here compared to the other locations. Wait times are less than 30 minutes when you schedule an appointment which is amazing. Good service and they are always quick to do it with lots of patience.

17 minutes wait time and blood take, whole thing with appointment for me and my sister. very nice staff and i prefer this location rather than any other.

Honestly they don't deserve a star but I want to share my experience. Really bad service, I had appointment at 9:00 am and I had to wait around 3 hours because the lady couldn't find my medical record with the order, then some days later I receive a call from the lab to let me know that "unfortunately" the blood samples that had been taken for my test from me had been lost and therefore there were no result to show, to make matters worse a couple weeks later I received a "Invoice pending payment" from the lab for the pending payment of the test that they did but were never processed because they lost my blood samples". So I tried to fix it so I wouldn't pay for a service I didn't receive. in that moment the manager of this place agreed that I did not have to pay it, but guess what!, to my surprise 3 months later I kept getting charged over and over and over again until I finally decided to pay them, so as not to affect my credit score. But What is affected is the credibility, the ethics and the opinion I had regarding this laboratory and its administration of course. "poor service, poor professionalism, poor organization and poor administration".

There is a location near my home, so it was convenient and easy to get to. Be sure to make an appointment! They do take walk-ins, but you may wait an hour or more until they can fit you in. They follow the appointment times scrupulously. I tried a walk-in and left when I saw how long I would wait. Made an appointment for another day and they took me exactly at the appointed time on the dot.

Cold and impersonal process to make appointments and check in but technician was warm and friendly and very proficient. Your appointment process extremely difficult. I won’t use you again.

Don't believe the bad reviews. They are a function of occasional staff shortages. I was seen 10 minutes before my appointment. My phlebotomist was friendly and competent (Mischaela). Staff in general were friendly. Even my fellow patients in the waiting room were friendly. Place was clean. Check-in was electronic with two kiosks. Reading the bad reviews, I was reluctant to go to this clinic but it was so convenient. I was glad I went here.

Nikkie was great. I am afraid of needles and I had to come here to get some blood work done for my new job. She was very quick efficient and really talk to me through everything. Definitely Helped me through it and was great!
