Not a single employee in sight to ask questions. Once you sign in to kiosk, but not sure if you're actually in the system. we waited 20 mins for someone to finally come out to ask a question. Just so they can tell us we aren't signed in.

Horrible place of business- went in yesterday and was told I can't be seen as I didn't check in on time- was told to check in on line even before coming as that's the best way to handle things- I respectfully left- went in today and checked in ten minutes prior on my drive there just as I was asked to do- they called my name before I got there and when I tried to tell them I'm there no phlebotomist payed attention- got called only after I literally forced a conversation with the tech- horrible service- they literally do not respect anyone's time and have extremely rude attitudes.

I had a lab request from my cardiologist. I went to the Sugar Land location, and was helped by Natalie Owens. The information on the order did not match up With the computer. There were two other addresses in the system, but I saw the doctor at a third location that was not on the form. I was using oxygen and I was under a lot of stress. The phlebotomist, Natalie Owens, took the time to attempt to reach the doctor which was unsuccessful. She tried other ways on the computer to be able to do the testing -- then suggested using the fax number --which allowed her to get the test in the computer and proceed with the blood draws.. Without the kindness and determination of Natalie Owens I may have had to postpone my heart tests that were scheduled for the following morning. Thank you Natalie. Linda Migura

Mishayla (sorry, not sure how her first name is spelled) was AWESOME!! She made me feel extremely comfortable. She was exceptional! Very thorough and patient with me while gathering my personal information to confirm all was in order. I literally did not even feel her inserting the needle to withdraw blood and she was finished so swiftly. Got home and an hour or so later removed the tape and little piece of gauze - NO BRUISE OR MARK WHATSOEVER!! That is a rarity, as so many phlebotomists who took blood while I was hospitalized various times over the past several years not only couldn't properly find a vein, but left whichever arm they were drawing blood from a mess, huge bruise or marks. Mishayla was incredible, and I hope when I need any blood work done in the future she will be the one who takes care of me.

Super easy check in process at terminals although I could see that this was an issue for older adults ( 70+) Staff was nice! But make sure if you go on SATURDAY to make an appointment or you will have a very long wait time!

Staff is nice and personable.Had an appointment for 10:40 am and was not seen for 40 minutes. Last week my mom had an appointment, arrived 20 minutes early and waited over an hour to be served. This is totally unacceptable..what is the point of making these appointments??Please change your booking sequence so patients time is respected!

Very bad experience. I came with my wife at 8:30 am this Saturday and waiting until 11:30 am and responding or call her to get blood work done . Bad costomer service and bad communication with patients. If they told her we can't do your blood work with our appointment better than she wait 3 hours and then we left with out any blood work done .

They are not professional I got a bruise after the nurse didn’t take my blood properly she didn’t put the needle all the way in and the blood leaked into my arm and now I have a bruised arm because of it don’t ever go here get your blood work done somewhere else

Staff were super friendly to my wife and I, and their service and waiting time was extremely quick as well. We were in and out in less than 15-20 minutes max. Overall, we had a great experience here for our first visit doing blood work for our son!

Due to a mix up that was totally my fault, I ended up here on a Sat. morning as a walk in. The place was absolutely packed. After I checked in and settled in for a long wait, I noticed the cheerful, helpful attitude of the staff as they came out into the waiting room. Very upbeat and pleasant. I only had to wait about 40 minutes before being taken back. Shay Thompson took care of me. She was super professional, got all 5 tubes of blood on the first stick. It took less than 10 minutes. Great service, happy customer. Will be back.

Third time I have come here and third time I have failed to be seen. Waited 2 hours this time and had an appointment. I ended up making an appointment at another quest diagnostics while I was sitting there, drove over to it, and was seen within 10 min. Go to a different one.
