“Logan and the entire Sansone group went above and beyond for us through our entire home selling and buying process. Our home sold before it even hit the market due to Logan’s incredible social media reach and the team’s marketing abilities.
We then hired Logan again to help us find a new home and - whew - little did we know, she was in for a wild ride! She stuck with us through two failed and/or cancelled housing contracts, multiple failed housing/HVAC/mold inspections, and a difficult buying process with terrible communication and frustrating timelines (or lack thereof) from the seller.
Logan was intentional, personable, realistic, helpful, timely, a joy and always went above and beyond for us. We never had to question if she was going to do something or check in because we’d wake up with a text saying, “good morning! I’ve already contacted the builder for an update and here’s the response from so and so _____.”
Our buying process was frustrating - to say the least. Not on her part, but ours, because of our indecisiveness or things out of any of our control. But she never hinted at being disgruntled, annoyed or frustrated. She was consistently professional and pleasant to work with. Our kiddos loved her and she was always so helpful whenever they were around for showings, meetings, etc.
If Logan was unable to be somewhere for us (which only happened twice in the 6 months we worked with her and they were both for things out of her control), Jeff seamlessly stepped in and took care of us with the same hospitality and professionalism.
We’re now in our dream house; thanks to her!!
