We then hired Logan again to help us find a new home and - whew - little did we know, she was in for a wild ride! She stuck with us through two failed and/or cancelled housing contracts, multiple failed housing/HVAC/mold inspections, and a difficult buying process with terrible communication and frustrating timelines (or lack thereof) from the seller.

Logan was intentional, personable, realistic, helpful, timely, a joy and always went above and beyond for us. We never had to question if she was going to do something or check in because we’d wake up with a text saying, “good morning! I’ve already contacted the builder for an update and here’s the response from so and so _____.”

Our buying process was frustrating - to say the least. Not on her part, but ours, because of our indecisiveness or things out of any of our control. They were very accommodating when for health reasons we needed to slow down the going live and selling portion, but they were understanding. They willingly rewrote the schedule for each step more than once to accommodate us.
The Texas real estate commission rules do not favor the seller at all so ask her if there’s any ways to modify or strengthen the sellers negotiating position, especially considering those rules of discloseability.”
