Renee was absolutely awesome. She insisted that I get sized before purchase. I told her that I had 2 Redwing emails with a couple different sizes on file from the scan. She measured me with the brannock device for the most accurate fit. Then had me try on 2 different sizes. I was adamant about there's no way! It was definitely an I told you so moment because I couldnt believe I've been wearing the wrong size for so long! I went to a different redwing a day or 2 later because Sugar land didn't have a different boot in stock, he also measured me with the brannock and she was spot on with the correct sizing. Renee is a super cool outgoing person who always had a smile on her face. Thank you so much!
