Absolutely Horrendous Experience!
If I could give zero stars, I would. My wife went in for eyelash extensions, and I seriously regret not stopping her.
First of all, this place is disgustingly unsanitary. They don’t bother cleaning their equipment, and who knows how many people have suffered eye infections because of their laziness? It gets worse—they literally GLUED HER EYELID to the extension! How incompetent do you have to be to do something like that? She was in pain and completely uncomfortable, and instead of fixing their mistake, they acted like it was no big deal.
When we demanded a refund (because obviously, why should we pay for their total failure?), they flat-out refused. No apology, no attempt to make things right—just rude, unprofessional behavior from start to finish.
This place is a joke. The staff clearly have no clue what they’re doing, and their complete disregard for hygiene and customer service is appalling. If you care about your health, stay far away from this dump.

Terrible experience. After spending two hours at this salon, the results looked like a two-year-old had done it. Instead of offering a refund, I had to spend another two hours to have the manicure redone. This is a terrible option for anyone who doesn’t want to waste four hours on a manicure.

The staff rushes you when doing your manicure and pedicure. They messed up my pedicure twice. I just got my nails done for a wedding and it’s only three day and my manicure is already clipped off. Not worth the money. The lady who did my eyebrows left some hair underneath my eyebrow.

The nail tech cut me multiple times while doing my nails and didn’t do a great job with my French nails. I had shown a picture and she said she could do it for an additional cost aside from normal French nail costs but it turned out that she couldn’t do it and wasted a lot of time. The white part of my nails are even close to the same length. The tech also didn’t know how to shape a common square tip nail and told me that “I can’t make everything perfect since I’m not a machine”. I am highly disappointed by the service and the outcome of the nails I had to pay for. I don’t recommend going here if you have to go somewhere special especially if you want tips nail extensions. I also felt that the environment was unwelcoming to people coming in the shop. I have had way better services done in other salons that deliver what you want.
Stylist: The stylist didn’t do a great job on my nails.

I was my first time here and I had best experiences here w my husband we get there at 6:50 they still take care us … Charles and Hanna and other ladies was nice and really good customer services they also take the time to do ours nails and ours massages with hot stones feel delicious … it was feel so amazing and relaxing I highly recommend you to come here and ask for them … I will come back .. thanks for take yall time since I know yall bout to closed soon … good environment and also good people thank you again ?

On 8/8/23 While getting a pedicure, I notified the technician I was a diabetic & not to cut me; and she did cut me and I went to the hospital for the cut.

Went in for refill and pedicure. Person to do refill insisted I had powder on nails. They were gel. She was arguing with me Vietnamese. So unprofessional. Poor service is not rewarded with a return trip or a tip.

The male tech did not listen to me what I wanted and gave me what he wanted and I did not like it.so he had to start all over. In which was the worse refill I ever had. He was not professional. Kept getting up out of his seat. His machine did not work properly. He took 3 hours on my nails. But if he had given me the customer what I wanted. It was taken alot less time. And they don't look right at all.

Ask for Charlie ✌? he’s one of the best nail techs in my opinion. There’s this other lady too but I don’t know her name. I’m assuming she’s the manager. She’s great too. Staff is always Nice and friendly.
