On 8/8/23 While getting a pedicure, I notified the technician I was a diabetic & not to cut me; and she did cut me and I went to the hospital for the cut.

The male tech did not listen to me what I wanted and gave me what he wanted and I did not like it.so he had to start all over. In which was the worse refill I ever had. He was not professional. Kept getting up out of his seat. His machine did not work properly. He took 3 hours on my nails. But if he had given me the customer what I wanted. It was taken alot less time. And they don't look right at all.

Ask for Charlie ✌? he’s one of the best nail techs in my opinion. There’s this other lady too but I don’t know her name. I’m assuming she’s the manager. She’s great too. Staff is always Nice and friendly.

First time I visited, the gentleman did my nails. He was great. When I visited again, he was not there and a not so friendly lady did my nails. She didn't really talk or ask what I wanted. Nails were cute, but once they dried, they are uneven and bumpy. Will only go when he is there from now on.

Zerooo Stars. My sister got her nails done here. The lady drilled her nails off and tried to remove her cuticles with the same thing. She was in a great deal of pain and was bleeding too. When she told them to be careful the lady literally held her hand down saying this is how it is done. Acting as a professional while being a novice at this job. Sister came home in tears Very disappointed and angered at their service.

Ehh service was okay although the guy doing my nails did give me the creeps. I thought the price was high but I understand inflation, it’s been about 2weeks and normally I could push it 3-4 weeks but their already pulling up.

I went there satisfied with the work with lady name Yen, try to go there get my nails done and relax…. But another lady that works there I don’t know her name was so rude to me. It ruins my whole day even I got my nails done good jobs by Yen. Prefer not going back to have a bad weekend… if you take customer by appointment only just let customer know before starting work,……please do not ruin people days

They had a poster that said a full set. I was 25 dollars, and I was charged $40, but she did a great job, so I'm not too upset about it.

I asked for a white French coffin tip and I showed her the picture and she was very nice, but the result was not even close to what I wanted. I got a pink looking French tip and she cut my fingers on the side twice. I’ll show a picture of what I wanted and what I got.Service: Acrylic nails

They do a pretty good job and the convenience of getting an oil change while getting my nails done and picking up groceries on the way out is really nice!
