  Anytime I go there, it feels like they are looking down on you or sizing you up especially a particular lady. Went there to open an account, the reception I got was not welcoming at all unlike most banks. The Sugarland branch on LJparkway. Twice now and never going back.

  Attempted to open an account here and the bank representative asked too many questions and wanted too many documents. After providing the documentation, the bank closed my account. I am not surprised that regional banks like this one are struggling as there are much better options to save time and money with a bank. Stay away from Regions...
