Canvas was creased & puckered upon arrival. I reached out immediately to Diane & Brooke. Diane suggested trying a "water trick" and if it didn't work "we'll get a NEW ONE out to you STRAIGHT away!". It didn't work & I've been reaching out to Diane for 2+ months. It was days or even weeks before I'd hear back. She kept telling me she was waiting to hear from Brooke. Diane told me many times "every customer should be 100% satisfaction with our product." A month ago I reached out again & was told that Brooke has having a "NEW one made & it would be shipped ASAP." It never arrived so I finally requested a refund. To date, this issue has not been resolved. I was told twice (in writing) that a new one was being sent & I was promised (in writing) 100% satisfaction. I am NOT 100% satisfied, not even close. Sad & disappointed!

I was so excited to order a gift for my wife for our first Mother’s Day. The plan was to get her a T-shirt first and then to decide together on a large art piece for our home. 4 weeks after approving the design for the shirt I still had no shipping information from the company. I followed up several times and was consistently told they were asking for an update from the production side but had not heard back. I was never even given an explanation for the delay. I’m guessing a T-shirt order was just not a priority to them but now they will certainly not be getting my art piece order. There are other companies that make similar products and I will be contacting one of them instead. It’s incredibly disappointing because I wanted to support a small, woman owned business but I have not seen such poor customer service in a long time. They did process my refund right away when I asked to cancel it so silver lining?

I purchased a Soundwave for my husband for our anniversary and he loved it. The process was fairly easy and Diana was a great help. She explained everything to me and made sure I was pleased with my final product, and yes I was. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a unique gift to give. I also love that they donate to Autism as well.. Loving my Soundwave.

Just received my wife’s anniversary canvas. Have to say that it is EXACTLY what I was looking for and I am BEYOND impressed with the product. Brooke was very helpful throughout the ordering process and delivery was quick as well. I will DEFINITELY be sharing this website/service with my buddies.. Absolutely wonderful! Brooke works with you to ensure every single aspect of the art is perfect and exactly to your liking. I got printed a rather funny song my boyfriend and I karaoked shortly after meeting years ago and he loved it! The paper is extremely high quality. I would recommend Rindle waves to my friends in the future!!

Please disregard my previous review. The seller emailed me to notify me my product was on its way. I received it today and it is beautiful. The person I gifted it to was touched by the personal tone of the gift.

Never heard anything about my order. They have ceased communication regarding the item I purchased and I have yet to receive it. I will change my rating once I get it, but for now I’m a bit disgruntled.

What an AWESOME job she did. She will customize so you get the PERFECT product. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rindle Waves, BUT I would recommend you contact her, even if you are not sure exactly what you want. She will help you anyway she can and I promise you will LOVE the results. I wish I could rate Rindle Waves 10+!!!!! Great products and great prices AND even better customer service. I will be purchasing from her from years to come.

Highly recommend. The whole process from order, through proofs and international delivery was smooth and easy and they are very responsive. Most of all the final art is fab and looks even better in real life than the photos and is very good quality. Definitely 5 stars and would recommend to anyone looking for a gift that is a bit different and highly personalised - really excellent!
