Its 10 o clock and store is supposed to close at 10:30, Customers are waiting on the line and cashier and employees are doing the closing and arranging carts , no one is here to check out.

Customer service very disappointing in pretty much all Ross stores in the area. Dressing rooms are closed from time too time. Then at check you are pretty much are doing the cashiers job to take hangers off your self? Might as well have self check out in the case. I mean you already have a security checking for receipts at the door. Despite you getting checked out by a cashier is none sense.

I'll never understand why you all never gave enough cashiers. Not only that, the one cashier never calls for help. Your customer's time should be valued.

Closed a fitting room at 2pm on a Saturday during prom and graduation time is just crazy.

After walking in and seeing the security guard say they "need" to see receipts upon exiting, I left without buying anything.
Unless you're a membership store, no company has any rights to search and seizure without a warrant. They violate your constitional rights!
Places like this spit on the sacrifices thousands of lives laid down for in freedom.
It's abuse, and they should get sued for it!

They tried to over charge me $40 then I took it home nd da ring around it fell. I wasn't allowed to return it back. First Ross I dnt recommend to go to.

Absolutely ridiculous! Line wrapped around the store. 3 cash registers lit only 2 cashiers working and 1 person scanning clothes on the rack another guy walking the store! Never again!

Checked out with a cashier by the name of Areshia on checkout 7 or 8.Very rude.She didn’t speak when I came to her register but immediately said take the clothes off the hanger.After paying I held my hand out for the change and she placed it on the counter.I informed her that was rude and poor customer service.She ignored me without responding and called for the next customer.Train your staff on what customer service looks like.

Only two fitting rooms for the whole store that are unmonitored- rude employees, remember why I never come here anymore.

Staff there is amazing, caring and very helping. Little do they know it made my day I was going through a difficult situation that day and just their niceness made me smile. I ended up shopping for more stuff because of their service.

I always go in this Ross because I work in the area but after the older little black lady with glasses that's loss prevention was following me and my husband around the store for no reason thinking we were going to steal but only did that to us and no one else in the store just because she made an assumption about us she was wrong and I'm def. going to report her.
